Awesome update my brother. Necessity is the mother of invention, a gallon of water is a very smart thing when there is no other weight.

Bib hanger, at the moment 11lbs to 7.5lbs heavy to light. Fatigue I feel lig burn mostly and can tell because my flaccid feels stretchy and rubber like after a good set.

Nerd where'd you get your silicone sleeve?

The point is you took advantage of the time in the best way you could. Sometimes this is necessary just to keep our heads in the game. And for many of us too, it can be therapeutic and help us get through stressful times. Someone on the road and away from home will need to be very creative in the way we keep ourselves training.

Have you tried hydrocortisone for these skin issues you’re having? It really works miracles and it’s so inexpensive. You should give it a shot. Awesome workout anyway!

Yea I've been using Cortizone 10 and another skin treatment cream...This sore bump is going away slowly but surely!

That’s good to hear, I assume the bump is most likely a cyst and will surely go away for general PE work but even better adding in some massage to that area to help disperse the fluid may speed the process. But you never ever want to try to pop that will push out the fluid as you’ll be left with a huge scar. Let it take it’s on time. When it’s ready to be drained it will drain on it’s own.

I’m very excited that you’re going to be measuring soon, that’s actually the first thing I saw when I read your post.
