good job buddy. If you are reaching fatigue its a good thing, reduce the weight and ride it.
Once I reach my max of 8 sets a day, I will start increasing weights around 15-20% each week till i reach fatigue in the earliest possible set and continue to ride it with same or reduced weight.
theraband - about 24-25" long x 2" wide.
LOOSE-ISH wrap (not completely loose but loose enough to be comfortable) I make sure the base - where I end my wrap is tight. I start attachment midway and so far it stays there with maybe a maximum of 1/8 - 1/4 slippage at most. Make sure internals are always grasped. Should feel some pull in abdominal area when you do ab flexes or crunches, that way you know ligs are being stressed on and not just skin.
You should add your method to the wrapping forum. The more ways to wrap the better.
Thanks for that, will do that. Would be useful especially to the uncut hangers who struggle with wrapping.

**Trying out different wrapping materials and methods....For those that hang and or stretch with LM, do you guys start your wrap on the glans or below circumcision scar??
I agree and as we progress videos will be more and more easily accessible along with other information so people can learn in the easiest way. This is a big reason I opened to pay site to the world for free because I felt like everybody should have equal opportunity to gain size and learn through instructional videos so they can train the right way.
