Not at all.

What you mention - dry jelq & edging - aren't what I would call hardcore girth work, and they wont be bad with hanging. If you use too much intensity in the girth workouts, it may affect fatigue in the penis, which can hamper sessions with the hanging maybe, more so with healing, but even then you should be fine.

Its all a balancing act, and I presume your targeting length primarily? in which case hanging is excellent for, but as you'll know, you do end up gaining some girth with hanging, more so at the base.

In girth only routines, you end up gaining a little length.

What you describe here would be very good in helping endurance, and sexual strength. That is what edging was originally for, to get you used to being near the PONR without shooting you load.

Dry jelqs, if you like them stick with them, but many more effective exercises exist for girth such as SSJs.

Fatigue is a very valuable thing in PE especially with length work. When your penis is fatigued it is it a state of submission, it has no ability to hold back the stretch you are doing because the pelvic floor muscles are completely fatigued and too weak. This state can be found by working out or by the refractory period you have after you have had an orgasm. There is no better time to stretch then when the penis cannot resist it.

Yo DLD, what about creating more fatigue after routine? edging even at the end, even if I focus on length mostly.

The fastest way to reach fatigue is to have an orgasm, this will put you in a refractory period of at least 20 to 30 minutes.
