Ive been away from PE for quite a while, but getting going again. I am only interested in length gains. Generally speaking, if I do a routine using a LM or power assist and then spend as much time as possible in a SG, does that sound like a pretty good way to go?

Generally speaking you should be able to gain with an extender alone, so adding to it should help I'd think. You could also try bundles and kegels if you wanted to accelerate the process.

Yes that's good.This is what i suggest you to do :

Bundle Stretches 5-10 min ( i hope you know what bundles stretches are for , http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/87084-understanding-the-tunica-and-how-it-effects-gains-in-length-and-girth.html )

The Newbie routine stretches with the LM

SG as much as possible

This should be a killer length routine.

I like rings for turkey neck. I actually started using them to treat turkey neck a while back, and found them useful for girth so I kinda stuck with them. If you get into girth though, I would definitely suggest going that way. Turkey neck killer and great for expansion.

Mine is pretty much gone and it was a good 2 inches when I started.

Kegels should be done by everyone,it's not worth mention it..doesn't matter if you want to gain length,girth,width,muscle mass,sleep,maintain your size..kegels are so important.I know the consequences of not kegeling...my dick size was increasing,but with time my EQ got worst and worst.At one point it took me 1-2 min to get hard because my PC muscle was super weak and it couldn't fill my dick with blood.

Everyone should have kegels in their routine no matter what
 
^So in the end how many kegels were you using, so to fill up your dick accordingly?

Welcome back my Brother and I am happy you are restarting! If you are looking for length only then only do length work. What you have as a routine now looks good but I would add two exercises that will help with length big time. First I would add in Bundled Stretches, which can be done in your LengthMaster, before each routine for 5-10 minutes to help expand and elongate the Tunica. This will make length gains happen quicker. I also suggest you get in 10 minutes of erect stretching every other day to help cemented gains as they come. I will check up on you daily!

Turkey neck can be destroyed very easily and without any device,by doing testicle health massage.You can find it in the Newbie routine.

I also suggest you give the SizeGenetics turkey neck rig a shot. Check into Simyan's posts on the issue, he has made some great changes and he has a few very good techniques.
 
I suggest you start slowly-as if you were a beginner again and make sure to warm up and warm down all the time until you can progress of 3+ months. Then you can actually start a hardcore routine.
You have to ease back into PE it is difficult just going hard after a break. (Experience)

Ridding yourself of Turkey Neck is a process but it can be done. What you need to do is displace the skin from the shaft downward to the scrotum. This can be done two ways that I think will be best. As an active exercise, I suggest what ChiL did, the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the Newbie Routine. I also suggest, for a passive exercise, using your SizeGenetics with all TN skin pulled downward, through the base piece of the SG, allowing the penis to heal with the skin displaces. Over time these two suggestions will get rid of the TN for good.
