Yea, it definitely merits a look for elongation and kegel training for those of us trying to stack a beefy PC on top of everything else.

Lifting weights with your dick is something many guys have done in different ways but mainly in the use of Erect Kegels. There are too different things we want to accomplish with kegels, strength and endurance. Doing heavy Kegel exercises using weight will build strength while quick, continuous kegels will build endurance.

Hmmm mhm. So we might have a sport out of this dick lifting?
 
Building strength should also increase the size of the PC muscle, which will actually add some girth over time. Maybe even encourage greater expansion as the muscle seems to continue to grow.

Unfortunately I can't seem to target the top of the muscle very well, just under the glans, but I felt my PC muscle flex trying to stave off a climax and it is more than marginally bigger.

Sure but you would not be able to see the muscles. But I do believe adding weight to Kegels will build strength, even though it is not visible.

Strength and Endurance is what we want to accomplish with Kegels. Strength to keep 100% eg and Endurance for lasting power.

Where did you feel? I want to see too
 
Ive been away from PE for quite a while, but getting going again. I am only interested in length gains. Generally speaking, if I do a routine using a LM or power assist and then spend as much time as possible in a SG, does that sound like a pretty good way to go?

Yes that's a good way to go as long as you are using the length master for up to 20 mins. I will replace the SG with the Silistretcher.
