Wow, sorry to hear about your situation.
For me, I was cut pretty tight and this did keep me from getting fully erect.
I will say that when I started foreskin restoration and got some results, I actually saw some length results. The additional skin allowed for my restricted length to come out.
So, using any form of penile extention will get you some results, but I suggest that you also look into non-surgical foreskin restoration.

3" can take a while. I made a 2" gain in six months but it took me another 8 years to gain the remainder of my gains. Best thing to do it start and see where you are at.

Hi Blake, sorry this happened to you-happened to me once, it really sucks-can't imagine it happening with children. Trust is the foundation of marriage.
