A couple of reasons.
I have never been shy or had a problems getting a woman because I like to fuck and know how to please. Just got numb to what I call 'that look' (of disappointment at my size). So I want to see a smile instead of 'that look'.

I remember the night I found this site, joined, and decided to Penis Enlargement. It was valentine's day, another year single, and was fairly depressed seeing all my friends out with their person of choice. So I started looking up things like "average penis size" or "how big is a big penis." I wanted more confidence, especially with women. I'm a guy who believes in celibacy, so I had no intention of just going out banging every girl who would let me shove it in them, but I at least wanted to the ability to make their eyes widen when they saw it. So I join MoS thinking I'm just average. Soon I discover that my unit, girth-wise, is pretty fucking big.
So ultimately my reason is for confidence, but it was a pretty nice boost when I found out that I was already thicker than most guys.

The first page seems adamant that the reason for all this is not to better satisfy women but for a boost in self-confidence. I'd like to ask why these two things can't be one and the same. As the mere existence of this forum section proves, the mind plays a large part in anything sexual, so it doesn't really matter whether or not the size gain makes a difference because the confidence gain will.
