Sounds not just impressive, but revolutionary! And I love the spiritual part. My question is will it be avalible as a paperback and also PDF? Than the ebook version probably could be less expensive (no shipping, printing, paper, etc.).

Hardcopy and Online PDF some time in August.

The Spine is given many exercises to stretch and elongate the tissue between each vertebrae, this combined with special exercises in CORE work combined with basic Ballet and Yoga exercise allows the Spine to have much more range of motion giving lateral height increases. We also go deeply into posture and posture correction; Many men lose height as they grow older due to poor posture. As I stated in my original post I am 2" taller because of the work I put into SRT, the book. Now, this is not Yoga, Ballet or CORE training exclusive to traditional methods, it is recreated to aid in the goals of SRT.

A lot of new things promised but it will take time before you can actually have this book in your hands,so you want to be taller?

I just like the information DLD´s putting out there. I like to read about health and body. Im 6 foot and 1 inch tall... I don't want to be taller i think.. but 6 foot and 5 inch would be even nicer, but i'm happy with my body now. I work out 6 days a week. 3 times i hit the gym and 3 times i go for a 10 mile run. So enough to work on and when i come back from that it's PE time till i go to bed.

Any word on a release date yet? Getting ready to start PE/Fitness for reals and would love to just jump right in to SRT.

and today, as I post this, I am 6 feet tall. I have always been 5' 8" and now, I know, along with 13 other SRT Participants, that becoming taller is very possible!

Congratulations on those 2" inches of hight gain Brother DLD. That's just F---ing Awesome!!!! There will be a lot of guys wanting to do SRT for hight alone once the word gets out. I am 6' 2" by nature and around 200 pounds. I am almost afraid to get any taller since I already stick out a bit in a normal crowd. If I was say 6' 4" then there would be no place to hide since I would stick out like a sore thumb. Lol 6' 2" seems like a perfect hight though since any taller than that and all eyes are on you, and any shorter than that and you blend in or disappear in a crowd.

Sounds like SRT routine is working out great and I'll be working my own routine behind the scenes. I'll have to get that new book of yours DLD.:)

I agree 100% I'm 6'4 and hate it so much!!! I stick out in crowds all the time and I'm a naturally shy person time to hit the gym in a vain attempt to gain muscle so I can even out a bit<:(

I gained it through a series of exercises and stretches. All of this is documented in the book but the book needs serious editing and rewrites acceding to the editor. I was hoping to have things ready for this summer but it may take longer.

Yes being 5 feet 7 inches with a 4 inch penis isn't exactly fun. I hope to benefit from this when it becomes available.

I really dedicated myself to exercises that were driven by first rounding off my feet so I could stand on all sides of my feet. This allowed me to become more flexible staring and walking. I can say that in itself will contribute to becoming taller. Yoga is a large part of the exercises, as is ballet...these two sports allow the body to elongate and posture is corrected quickly. Keeping things even, a good dose of some basic boxing exercises using both sides of the body equally keeps both sides of the body ready to grow. The spine has much room to elongate through stretching.

Now I have really good posture already. part of my work is correcting posture for some of my clients. how was your posture before gaining 2'' in height DLD? From what you wrote above i gather you had moderately bad to bad posture before correcting it and the postural correction you did helped you basically stand more upright and correctly, giving you 2'' more of height. is this correct?

That brought about 1/2" of height. The real height was gained through exercises and stretching.

There are a ton of illustrations in the book, I feel they teach the best. As complicated as this book seems I have really strived to keep things simple and the best way I know how is through pictures.
