Honestly i think after some time i have just grown tired of warming up and warming down. Its become a waste of time for me. I don't do them anymore but im thinking of using them again once in a while.
 
well i grew up whit the idea that warming up is key and i couldnt visualize another way to start,but im tempted about starting whit no warming up...besides i was supposed to take a damn shower today but theres no water...........
 
Personally I feel the ultimate way to stretch is using a lengthmaster with resistance bands. It provides an amazing hands free stretch, making it not only the safest but the most efficient. Then follow that up with some phallosan extending and that's about as good as it gets for length.

Use a LM. That way it doesn't matter if you're laying down or sitting of your head. The stretch is uncanny.
 
Warm ups and warm downs are ridiculously easy and are all but proven to accelerate gains in length. They are optional but really, if you can gain an extra eighth in 3 months due to them why wouldn't you want to do that?
 
i have realized this that warm up ad downs are EXTREMELY important as they aslo loosen the ligaments when beginnning....and help in recovery when warm down...
improve blood circulation to that area and prevent fluid retention.....and many more things.....i have a lump that developes during PE but when i do warm down it goes away

i feel they are extremely imprtant
its like stretching before a physical workout....
 
Better yet if you can apply heat often and frequently it keeps your flaccid expanded. You're basically tricking your dick into thinking it's hot out. We all know how that goes.

On the topic of standing or sitting, I don't think that's going to make or break a stretch. The important thing is that you feel an impact from the stretch. I do mine sitting and I can definitely feel an impact.

I use to use a heating pad after my length work for the whole day up until I did girth work and then use it all night. It kept me so long and fat through the whole day. I think this had a lot to do with my quick growth.
 
Can I stretch laying down or sitting down or is standing up the best way?
