The VLC is for stretching the penis while the TLC is for increasing foreskin, if you want to increase foreskin go for the TLC.

If you are cut and from what I understand being cut has caused us cut guys glans to basically dry out somewhat and get a little tough and be less sensitive do to being exposed all the time. By increasing the foreskin to cover the glans all the time, in theory , is suppose to keep the glans less dried out and tough thus increasing sensitivity. So the question would be if you want to increase your foreskin for that reason then you would want the TLC, if you are wanting a device to help increase length and use as a mod for the SG then you would want the VLC.

If the foreskin is too tight it will quickly loosen due to general PE work. The first place the penis changes is in skin stretch and stretching skin is very easy. The TLC would be more for those who want to restore their foreskin.

Ok guys I have some of the same problem and have had some what of a back and forth conversation with Ron as well. Is there any way to have an actual video made to specify how to properly measure yourself for the VLC and to have questions, I have space between my glans and white tugger body, I do not feel the same awesome suction that I was getting before. I feel either a resize or have another same size sent in case the body has manipulated itself over time.

It sucks because I have purchased new springs and want to test my theory with tension differences and I have wanted to use the VLC for this experiment because I remember how comfortable it is to remain on for long periods of time.
