I wish to clamp.

What training, and for how long, should i practice to have a cock in fighting shape to clamp?

I intend to start clamping very very slowly, as i've heard some terrifying stories.

I currently do 6-700 jelqs a day and then maintain that pump with a silicone 'gummy' cock ring for 2-3 hours.

I also try to do minimum 10 kegels.

What else must i do to prepare to clamp?

If someone could devise a routine, that would be awesome.

Clamp lightly for short sets. Do 3x5 minute sets with a light clamp. Try that out and see how it feels. Then move up from there.
 
so use a cable clamp? are there varying degree's of strength for a cable clamp? or just don't snug it up as tight?
 
i haven't clamped 4 a while so im training agian too; exercises - slow jelqs, lots of kegel, base squeezes, and then clamp ver slow and cautious...DON'T GET EXCITED FROM THE AMAZING ENGORGEMENT AND CLAMP FOR 88 MINUTES trying to get a super cock...i had 3 minor injuries for this reason
 
I started out with Jelqing at 3 twenty minute sesions per day. One in the morning,then at noon and lastly at bedtime.After following this regime after 1 year I went from
Starting: 6.50 BPenis EnlargementL,6.0 EG. After 1 year 8.25 BPenis EnlargementL,6.75EG. And now 1 year later after that stat by incorporating clamping and hanging im now the proud owner of

Limit your clamping to 10 minute sets. Do 4 sets if you need to, but don`t starve your cock of FRESH oxygenated blood for more than 10 minutes JMO. If you are doing that many jelq`s you should be properly conditioned, just take it slow. Also, Jelq in-between sets 5-10 minutes.

Hey kennykat,did you take any days off per week when doing jelquing in your first year and/or did you take days off per week while doing clamping and hanging in the next year and if so how many per week? Also were you doing clamping and hanging on the same day and were they back to back or spaced out throughout the day?Thank you.
 
I would jelq everyday without a day off.When I started hanging and clamping I would jelq and hang one day and the next day I would jelq and clamp.I never took a day off from jelq but alternated my hanging and clamping.Good luck,if you can do this you will end up with a very muscular penis like having biceps on you arms.

i am doing a jelq only routine at the moment, only doing average of 30 mins a day 4 days a week, but i am hoping to increase that to 40 mins - 1 hour every day,
today i did 5 sets of 10 mins jelqing and found that very easy to do.

also - did you wet or dry jelq and what were your erection levels when you jelqed ?

I did stretch in the first year as well as jelqing.I always wet jelq,and just a secret I use a menthol base lube or cream,jelly.I like tiger balm,it feels like it gets the blood flowing.Maybe its just my imagination but I think it helps to open up blood vessels.What have your gains been like from jelqing.
 
well i have been doing this for a month now and am happy with girth gains of about 1/4 of an inch, but no lenght gains. my EQ is very good and i really cant beleive how hard my erections are, its like a block of wood.

i have been dry jelqing because wet jelqing just dont feel right for me, i am uncut by the way.
i will start stretching lightly as well from now on, i have tryed to stretch in the past but it becomes to painfull because i always have to grip the head to get a good stretch because im uncut,
but i think i could do some light stretching from the base.

sometimes i do feel a real good pump from jelqing and to be honest im sure i will get some great gains from jelqing 3 sets of 20 mins,
do you think 6 sets of 10 mins jelqing would be as good ?
