But I believe I learned somewhere, perhaps television that your body cannot build new skeletal muscle (except with like GH and IGF-1, via stem cells), but the body CAN create NEW smooth muscle. I believe some cutting edge university hospitals are actually grafting some organs with just a little bit of smooth muscle from a donor (they shape it around an object).

So if this is the case, I believe it is possible that we can actually create NEW smooth muscle in the penis. I'm not sure if Penis Enlargement does this or just increases the size of the smooth muscle we have? That would be interesting to see a PhD do a research project among Penis Enlargement participants.

Smooth muscle also helps explain why there are fast gainers and slow gainers, since every man has a different percentage of smooth muscle vs. spongy tissue in the penis.

I am not an expert, but I do have a basic understanding of biological sciences. What I wrote in the first paragraph I do believe is fact, the second two paragraphs are food for thought. Here is some more food for thought:

I don't wanna copy and past the whole thing, it is significantly long, but in a nutshell it says omega fatty acids can help with protein synthesis in muscle. If that is indeed correct, along with getting adequate protein intake, it would seem that taking omega fatty acids might be a good idea for those of use engaging in Penis Enlargement.

I understand the need for people in the medical field to be conservative with their claims, and to their credit, there are a lot scams out there...but to lump every Penis Enlargement method together and to spread disinformation is just wrong. What's really startling is that some of these experts in their field seem to have a poor grasp (for lack of a better word ;)) of the organs they're supposed to be specializing in.
 
My urologist has yet to examine my penis. He's too busy poking his fingers up my butt to make sure I don't have early prostate cancer--that, because of my age and my enlarged prostate. I mentioned this to my internist. She was aghast. So she checks my penis and scrotum once a year. I don't mind!! ;)

So maybe, just maybe, fast gainers' dicks have more smooth muscle--let's say 60 % or so???

This reminds me of how limited most m.d.'s are in their study of nutrition. Most are required to take a single course in this field--that is my understanding.

so lets review this: if u are over this 50% of smooth muscle part then u are a fast gainer (am i correct?). ok but then there must 2 different types of it. 1 for gaining in girth and 1 for length. In the matters of girth i would guess maybe im a fastgainer. But what is it for length? Im stretching like an idiot and gained not that much here. thats really frustrating but i will never give that up.

Length work requires that you target the basal ligaments as well as the [longitudinal] tunica of the penis.

my ligs are at their max for a long time now (but i also stretch them) and my tunica wont become larger than BPFSL 18cm (about 7inches). measure it every month (only BPFSL) i stretch and stretch and stretch (espacially stretches that give u best length gains like: behind the leg, bundled A stretch, two fulcrum or two fixpoint, bundled normal with a bundle of more than 360 degrees etc..) actually 50mins every training day (3 to 1 rhytHydromax). Your understanding of the md's education is correct Goinfor. Your average Chiropractor probably knows more about nutrition. MD's are trained to lean of pharmacy. Your best bet is still a biochemist. Most nutritionists I've met just regurgitate facts and don't seem to have an understanding of how the body absorbs and works with nutrients. That's kind of a sidenote though...

That smooth muscle theory is interesting. I'm very rusty on my cell phys but the question I have, is how much of our smooth muscle do we damage over time?

i recently switched to that rhytHydromax about a few weeks i think. But the Training itself im doin now for nearly a year with a total deconditioning phase of 2-3 weeks i guess (no gain loss at this time). had a really hardcore phase that lastet 4 weeks at the last summer. a total stretching time of apprx. 2 hours a day (plus the time i jelqed every morning) no pause. I watched a lot of films by this time ^^. But u cant do this forever it is quite an extreme torture for ur penis.

also tried a leg squeezer method from one of our members over night. but thats not good in the matters of becomming enough sleep and even worse because i'm a belly sleeper so i dropped that. But im thinking about to give that another shot ^^.

the mummy wearing (ads wrapping method) i increased since last month up to a minimum of 10 hours a day. before it has been at a max of 6 or so.

Maybe you need to give something else a try- perhaps progressively intense hanging. That may give you enough to stretch your ligs.

Strange spot for intro but.....Hey I'm new to the site and i have just been reading for hours on this Penis Enlargement stuff. The reason im here is i have an extremely super sexual dominatrix girlfriend and i thought a little size would be fun. Welcome to the forums! Your life sounds incredible and you seem to have a great sexual disposition. I would be real fucked up over her comment about her X but I am incredibly insecure. Keep that frame of mind and give yourself the size you desire.
