Hi Guys......
It will be very interesting if everyone on the forum explains their fastest gaining routine.

1 - YOUR METHOD ( type of jelqing, stretching, etc)
2 - YOUR GAIN (cm - inches)
3 - HOW LONG IT TOOK YOU (weeks,months,year)

It took me less then a year to get those gains.... now in 2009 goin for more .. with same method :)
 
I want to know how long it will take for 2-3 inches since I do my 45 min a day routine with a mix between phases and I am already hung but over the first 2 months its gotten thicker and a bit longer with heavier balls

These gains are all BPenis EnlargementL. Non-bone pressed, for me, varies through weight loss and gain.
 
My initial gains were all through doing lig stretches. I gained about an inch per year till now I have fully stretched the ligs and they don't really give out that much more length. Maybe that's why newbies get such drastic results is from ligs being stretched along with tunica.

I just wonder if I had been jelqing and stretching while doing the lig stretches where I'd be now. Possibly 8.5 to 9" with the combined effort. Who knows.

Girth has been slow, but lately I have been doing the new workout Arress came up with and it's giving me fast results. I'm definately a believer.
 
To velimirovich, when you say jelquing and heavy hanging are the best do you mean light or heavy jelquing and when in conjunction with the hanging? Thank you.

Thanks for your answer, I'm impressed. So you really gained 4 inches, that's enorm.

For me it would be very interesting how much you gainend each year. Was the last inch very hard to gain, or did you gain continous (like 1 inch each year)?

This thread is going great....DLD seems to be the fastest and best gainer on the forum thus far....
 
I think gaining depends on how much DHT, HGH and how much nutrition your body has to grow. If a male works out both Cardio and weights he has more HGH in his body and DHT which in turn is I am sure better for healing and gaining quicker gains in muscle growth and penis growth since its the repairing of tissue to make the penis hold more blood like a balloon. DLD made some amazing gains I respect the man greatly but I think someone could potentially with the right nutrition and exercise routine make insane leaps quick in penis size with DLD's MatterofSize program
 
I started Penis Enlargement in 2005 when i purchsed dld's pe dvd, since then i've gained 4 inches in length and 1.5 inches in girth.
Now im 9 inch nbp and 6.5 in girth but i do clamp with a latex cockring in combination with dld girth busters, i alternate, 1 day for clamping only and visa versa.
I used the length rountines dld blasters.
 
The secret is to feel the tissues expand and the ligs stretching without it being painful in anyway, soreness is fine though.

How do you feel the ligs stretch I have been stretching for awhile now and I cant tell if I am stretching the ligs or not. Haven't felt lig's get tired but my dick sure hurts from pulling.

Also how do you gain girth if you jelq at 80% I am still doing the noob routine. Been thinking about clamping though.

Any insights?
 
Im not into jelqing at all, clamping seems good to me 20-30 mins, max, with a latext cockring, not a cable clamp type thing.

You feel the ligs when you feel a sensation of soreness behind your penis, as in internally.

I think there has been 3 other guys that have realized my success but you have to remember I have been in this game for almost 10 years and through that time I invented a multitude of exercises that allowed for these type of gains.
