Hello guys.i have been taking supplements to recover from fatigue quickly for 3 weeks.the supplements keep me semi erect most of the time.i decided to use this semi erect state as an advantage and gave a try the following exercise which i cal ''the combined combat''.the steps are as follows serial wise:

1.lubricate the penis so well and get yourself semi erect.
2.do 50 upward jelqs.
3.do 50 v-jelqs.
4.do 50 straight out jelqs.
5.do 50 v-jelqs.
6.do 50 downward jelqs.
7.do 50 v-jelqs.
8.masturbate and get yourself 80-90% erect.
9.with this erection level grab your penis 2 inches below the glans with an standard ok grip and jelq then stop just behind the glans.your glans will be swelled and you will get a good anchor point for the next move.
10.now stretch up for 2 secs,without relaxing the tension stretch out for 2 secs then right for 2 secs and finally left for 2 secs.change the direction of stretch without relaxing the tension.this is 1 set of stretches.do 4 more sets but do not relax the tension of the stretch.so,you will do total 40 secs of this stretching.
11.release the grip and the stretch.you will notice that the erection level has decreased to 30-40%.
12.masturbate and get 80-90% erection level again.
13.apply a grip at the extreme base and another grip just below the glans.both grips should be standard ok grip.now squeeze both ends and attempt to bring both hands together.hold for 5 secs.do 4 more reps.
14.after that you will notice that your erection level goes down.so masterbate again and get yourself 80-90% erect.
15.repeat step 9.
16.now stretch out for 2 secs,without relaxing the tension stretch down for 2 secs,then down-right for 2 secs and finally down-left for 2 secs.this is 1 set.do 4 more sets but do not relax the tension of the stretch.so,you will do total 40 secs of this stretching.
17.repeat step 14.
18.repeat step 13.but this time you will attempt to stretch with both hand towards opposite directions as you do in tunica tugs.
19.repeat step 14.
20.grip below the glans with standard ok grip and stretch straight up.now do 100 quick kegels.
21.now with the same grip stretch straight out and do 15 secs kegel hold followed by 15 secs reverse kegel hold.this is 1 rep.do 1 more rep.
22.you will notice that your erection level decreased.with this decreased erection level do 50 straight out jelqs.
23.after that apply a cock ring for 20 mins.

After finishing this workout you will see that your dick is expanded and extended at the same time.to maintain this state you have to wear a cock ring for 20 mins.

Very nicely laid out plan! You look like you covered all important areas. Have you been using this routine for a while and have you made some gains?

i started this routine last week.no gains yet.but erection became rock hard and i am having frequent erections like when i was 16.flaccid girth looks bigger but i did not measure.actually i want only length...my target is having a 12'' nbpfl cock.....:)

Have you checked for length gains in flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed? I am sure there has to be a change, the routine looks very powerful.

yes.i measured the bpfsl this week.it has increased a little less than 0.25''.but i think this gain came because of the SRT-routine that i am following.i do SRT-routine only for length 7 days a week.but i do ''the combined combat'' 1 day on and 1 day off.one thing that i discovered this week is the difference between bpfsl and bpel has decreased by 0.25'' as well.:)

I knew it! I knew it! Excellent for you and good that my words still hold value:) SRT is amazing and extremely fast gains are very, very possible.

yes...SRT is the best method available for fastest gains....i think newbies should implement the ''healing in an extended/expanded position'' principle in their training...they will get the boost right from the beginning IMO...:)

You are right, SRT can be used by a brand new guy or a seasoned vet.
