Hi to all those experienced P.E users, what would you concider the BEST and most EFICIENT exercises for Length and Girth, throughout the week??:s

Also feel free to comment about Clamping, Bathmate use, and Penile Stretching Devices.:cool:

P.S i am on the hunt to build a solid weekly Routine, but their are so many things to choose from.
Now if i was to look at P.E like building muscle, the basics usually work the best with high intensity,

But i want everyones input! :p
 
Don't start with the advanced exercises if you are a beginner on this... Clamping is not for beginners.

I personally think Jelqing would be good to start with and maybe some stretches that you can do with your own hand.
 
Clamping is not for newbies but when your penis is conditioned, start clamping.

Jelqing and clamping go hand in hand. I get brilliant expansion from doing a Jelqing session immediately followed by a clamping session.
 
It is best to start with the Newbie Routine. You can include the SizeGenetics and Bathmate into the Newbie Routine but there is no Clamping. Clamping, in my opinion, causes too much discoloration and risk for thrombosis. Thanks for posting and I look forward to your gains!
 
Typically can i expect 1+ inch gain to 0.2 girth increase over the course of 6 months?

Also, will this routine be carried out everyday?

I seen this routine, and wonderd if the hole stretching, jelqing, and kegels can be done in one sitting, or have they got to be spread out through the day?

One last question, while useing the extender... how much stretch must be on the penis? Just enough so it's comfortable and stretched out +2 inches, or stretched out to the maximum that the penis can withstand before comeing un-done. Not really sure how to go about the Penis Extender, tips and information would be most appretiated.

If you are referring to the Newbie Workout, yes, you do this everyday. An inch gain in girth in 6 months is definitely possible but it will take you being consistent and progressive in your workouts. You can do the routine all in one sitting if you like, there is not a problem with that. In your extender you want to always stretch to a maximum you can hold for at least 30 minutes.
 
Thankyou, i do have a Bathmate should i put this on for 5 minutes max pump before the red spots appear due to overpumping, then jelq for 5 and continue for a set of 3? Looking forwould to this!

Testicular Health Massarges, do these help increase testosterone due to increaseing blood flow to the testies? If you could explain what exactly this does for health benefits. Thankyou and sorry for all the questions.

No rest in between sets:

5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full pressure

Testicle Health Stretch and Massage is not only good for increasing blood flow to the testicles but it also is one of the best ways to get your penis to hang lower when you are soft. It also serves as a way to check yourself for early detection of possible testicular issues.
 
If the blood flow increases, surley it will do something with the testosterone production? Seeing as you're masargeing them? interesting note, if it does this.. it could speed up gains. We all know high testosterone aids in tissue growth.

That is always the thought process, especially when doing the testicle health massage and stretch. I am convinced that the massage increases testosterone. I am also intersted in how to increase this.

Bundled stretches and BTC stretches are some of the best exercises for length gains. Extenders and ADS works for length mas well.

For girth, pumping, clamping, jelging too works.
