ok after a strong September i have decided to push for another big month. anyone wanting to train hard over these next 31 days with any routine is welcome to pipe in here anytime for support.

i am looking to hang two hours a day, clamp 5 days a week, and pump 3 times a week. that should keep the gains coming as they have in the last few months.
 
OK- I've been goin strong men (hangin), and I'm lookin to get vocal cuz I have a big measurement comin on Oct. 31st (thru this month u know). Airshy, this is prob perfect for you since u seem a little more "veteran" than me lol. I just started clamping, I know there are forums on it but can u give me a quick rundown on what you do? What do you use for the cable clamp padding?

Also, second question (can apply to you since u do it also) I have never pumped and thought I never would cuz it was an "artifical" pump that yeah gets blood in your unit but is forced through pump only. I am tryin to have a solid unit when I go to use my tool, often won't be able to pump up y'know? Which has been my reasoning for not jumpin into the pump realm. Do you think it helps with gains?
 
sure- i am not an expert but have figured out how to gain clamping finally. i took the first several months possibly too easy with it however i did condition my unit injury free for what was to come. i actually use 2-3 clamps as personally i feel they do not have to be as tight on one area and i get better overall expansion with less pressure in a single area. but it is all preference. i prefer to do 3-6 sets of 10-15 minutes with 4-6 min jelq / edge rest inbetween. i measure at the end of each set and once my progress stops i record my max mid clamped girth as that is what i am trying to push. btw i use a mouse pad cut into a strip.

pumping i am not as sold on as clamping, but i dont think there is a quicker way to add temporary girth if that means anything to you. i can hold the pump for days but the problem is i do so much hanging i lose it pretty quickly (hanging kills the pump 100% for me). no biggie though - i have trained my penis to pump to where i want and will give it the rest of the year before i decide on my future with pumping. personally looking back i wish i spent the majority of my time clamping and pumped on the days my cc's were too sore or unwilling to clamp like i want.
 
Thanks Airshy, that helped actually. I agree with the too much clamped-pressure in one area deal....spreading it out seems to be key, I like your setup, gonna try it later on.
 
cool. once you are conditioned do head squeezes and the chambers will blow up. do a full hand squeeze on the chambers and the head will blow up. i even use extra fingers in different ways to put pressure on angles on my head and it has had steady good growth.
 
I will join the "October Club" I started my routine on the 20th of September and I was planning on measuring on Halloween so it fits perfectly. I'm aiming for 1/4" x 1/4" gains. Hopefully I will have 1/2" x 1/2" gains by Thanksgiving and if I keep it up I will start out the New Year with a 7" member! That is of course, if I stay dedicated and injury free.
 
Lets do it men! Airshy, I've asked you before, and I know you hang, what angels do you primarily do, or what do you think is workin best for ya? I have a low LOT, I have been doin almost strictly high angle (OTS( hangin, lookin to change it up a bit tho.....
 
welcome billyman... that is reasonable and would be a great month too!

as far as hanging i try once a day to hit either btc or sd for lig stretch. that is usually about 60 minutes. the rest depends a lot on what i need to do and where i am. there are a few days a week i only do su and add a rolled tshirt to create fulcrums at different angles now when i am targeting the tunica. i know it is not the most technical but bottom line i can create fatigue on the top, bottom, left and right which i think is good to do. the tunica is a bear to stretch all at once ... but of course i try and do that too !!!
 
this month my 2 goals for sept 31 2007 are:

current 8.75 NBPFL --- goal 9.0+

current 5 9/16 max midshaft clamped girth (*inlcudes being 100% flat before workout... no pumping or expansion preworkout.

goal 5 12/16+ clamped midshaft
 
I´m in! this team-thing is a good motivtion idea, after a month of intense pe (september) I was feeling a bit mentally exhausted of all the dedication, this gave me new strength!

I like the idea for motivation and incentive. How would you handle the entry date and suBathmateission for the documentation of proof?
 
Yeah I'm diggin this. Never used a PA before, but since I got u vets here, and all of you seem to be length guys I need some serious help. My Penis Enlargement journey is a weird one. Long story short, I started with a 6" in girth member, want length like mad, have a low LOT and cannot get longer I don't think? I'm a serious hanger and stretcher (my intensity is good I guarantee it) and it doesn't get longer but thicker?! I'm at almost 6.5" in girth when trying to lengthen.

Do you mean 8.75" nbpfsl or you have an 8.75" flaccid?
 
yes i meant nbpfsl... unfortunately!!

DLD - I will play for whatever or nothing. what i think would rock the most is if 8 people turn in a .25 inch length gain and this is one of the most successful documented gains of a group of people in Penis Enlargement history.

Perhaps pictures? I guess you are right it would be difficult to track this but pictures would be best. It should not be a big deal for those who gain. If they take a picture now, before this contest starts, and do not match up to the leader, they will never have to post it. The person who makes the best gains should want to show proof.
 
Well I took pics and posted them in my routine thread from the 20th of September. I think that we should all take pics and post them on Halloween
 
yes my pic date is on the 20th of the month and i took them sept 20th. I am going to extend my next pics till oct 31. how about "pics must be posted to be eligable to win the PA"?

You know that would be great DLD, but then again, that amount of gain would be prize enough for me! (Although I wouldn't mind a free $70 Penis Enlargement tool to further my gains, lol)
 
haha... it is not like you would consider yourself at any loss if you gained .25 and missed on the PA. but the PA would have to be signed or by DLD like a trophy!
