A week after ordering, I got my Bathmate! 
I think that one week from England to Sweden is really good, also Agust replied literally within minutes after I mailed them about a tracking number for the parcel. Customer service wise, top notch!
Then to trying the Bathmate out, I was so excited when I got home this evening! I got in the shower, filled the Bathmate with water and tried it on! I really liked the feeling, even though I've used vacuum pumps before (I started pumping when I was 16, imagine what that could have done for my package if I had continued, 13 years later?!) I think the sensation was a bit different. It basically felt like having the hardest erection ever and I got really turned on! The construction of the Bathmate is as genial as it is simple, it's one of those things that makes you think "How come noone has thought of this before?".
Now to the actual growth, I didn't get the "monster" people have been talking about but it got really nice and thick! Sadly, I don't seem to expand at all length wise, and length is what I primarily need.
Using it in the shower I had no problem with the seal, however when I moved to my chair to watch some �naked people movies� I noticed that air started to leak in. Since I'm a quite hairy guy it wasn't hard to imagine what the cause was, and I have to come up with some solution for this (is it safe to use dimethicone based lube with the Bathmate?). I am trimmed down there but can't imagine shaving completely, partly because it would look ridiculous on an otherwise hairy guy but mostly because i think it's a major turnoff.
I've seen several people comment on their balls getting sucked in and I really don't know how that's possible! Not that I'm very well hung, I'm average at best at 15x13 cm (6x5.2") and my balls are also average sized. I actually tried to pack them in there but it was impossible!
However, I managed to pump only my balls which was VERY pleasurable!

Wow! Today I had a session where I experienced what others before me have; the feeling of having a much larger dick! Wanked off after the session and it was remarkably larger, mostly in girth! I noticed that air bubbles are getting in through the airlock, mailed Bathmate about it... A fascinating thing is that I don't get any red spots at all, when I vacuum pumped I got them pretty much each session!

So, the day after the first really successful Bathmate session and my flaccid size is MUCH bigger! It's amazing that with the Bathmate I can pump at pressures that surely would give me red spots and bruising with a normal vaccum pump without getting any marks at all!
Fluid retention in the circ scar has been minimal and I've massaged the area after each session. Still, it's nowhere near the donuts I would get from "regular" pumping. This almost seems to good to be true!
I've had a lot of problem with gaining length but I think that my dick started to expand a bit length wise during the session, which is a great sign! Can't wait to see where this takes me!

Went to a friend's house tonight and I've been aware of the fact that my dick is larger than ever the whole time! An awesome and really strange feeling! Have been comfortably sore today, tried DLD's Bathmate stretching routine today which I really liked. I've never felt any kind of good stretch from manual stretching before but with this, pulling not that hard on the Bathmate cause a really intense stretch!
I'm not gaining any length at all during the Bathmate sessions, I make it just over the 150 mark at most but I do hope that this will change since my flaccid length has increased with at least 1 cm.

Yeah! Only problem is, by now I know I got a defective device. Mailed you on friday since air bubbles are coming in from the air vent and it's getting worse and worse, all originating from the same small spot.
Otherwise, I couldn't be more happy! I said earlier that I couldn't get any length gains and that I barely reach 150, today I was well over 150!
My routine looks something like this:
Warm up + a few minutes SSJ's.
Pump for 10 minutes
A few minutes of SSJ's
Pump for an additional 10 minutes
SSJ's
Ball pumping for about 10 minutes while I massage the FR out of my circ scar
Today I'm hanging really low but got a bit of FR in my circ scar, will see if it resides until tomorrow.
Even though my balls only stay a tiny bit larger than usual, the whole sac is more filled than it usually is!
As I wrote in an earlier post, I'm not a huge guy (15x13cm), still I'm filling up the Bathmate, I get marks on the skin all the way around it! This causes the skin to become a bit sore but I guess that this will subside as it gets used to the treatment.
This in combination with the fact that I think that ball pumping is a highly pleasurable experience (both the sensation and the feel of the scrotum afterward) makes me think about getting a X-40 soon!

True! Today I'm even larger flaccid than yesterday; at this rate I don't know where this will end!

Wow! In less than one week I've gone from a maximum of 150 to 168!
Today I fully understodd the meaning of warming up properly! Did a few hundred jelqs in front of some �naked people movies� before entering the Bathmate 100% erect. It went upp to almost 170 instantly, to compare with ~150 other days!
I also got a high pressure for the first time, however this resulted in quite a decent donut which I tried to massage out afterward. I guess I can live with it, it's not like anyone's going to see my dick anyway. Have to check up on how to prevent FR!
