Penis Enlargement surgery today has progressed quite a bit. Yes there are still doctors around that are butchers, but for the most part most men are very satisfied with results from surgery. The key is finding a good reputable surgeon. Most procedures are outpatient...
Most doctors no longer practice fat injections for girth that will deform your penis but instead use a demal graft that will not be absorbed back into the body as fat does.
Enlargement surgery is takes approximately half an hour to perform. They make a 1-2 inch incision just above the base of your penis and cut both the suspensory and fundiform ligs. The result is that your flaccid will be 1-2 inches longer after the surgery. Erect length may not be much bigger and you will still need to stretch using some sort of traction device like a PM or you can hang. Gains will come much faster since you no longer have ligs to prevent you from pulling out your inner penis.
I've seriously considered getting a lengthening procedure done but didn't like the idea of cutting both ligs (fundiform and suspensory). Cutting both makes your penis float as there is nothing binding it to the pelvic bone for stability. I thought about talking to a doctor about just cutting the suspensory lig and leaving the fundiform intact, this would allow me to pull out the inner penis without losing stability. Just never got around to it...
