progress is not linear, and you will reach platues even if you train really hard. it takes dedication and determination to do PE everyday. the forums is a good way to stay motivated

Girth and length gains come around the same time for results. Do them together and not seaparately.

Tip: twist with the hand that's on top (holding below the head of penis and use the second hand to keep it in place while you readjust your top hand to twist it again as many times as you can)

I found the second set of pictures more helpful.

I started at 360 degrees (this is a good place to start), now I'm pulling at 540. Some days during my warm up I'll do 5 minutes each hand, most of the time I do 2:30 each hand.

I generally pull straight out while doing long reverse kegels and I pull with a fair amount of force but not to the point of pain.

As for splitting your routine there are many ways to go about it. Splitting your days, doing length one day and girth the next day has worked for many people. When I first started doing PE I did all my length work in the shower (I usually did a circuit rotating between a series of different stretches four or five times) and did my girth work in the evening.

But I suddenly got an idea on your behalf. Forget about your rate of gains, everyone is different- you just need to stick with your routine. The most important thing for you to remember is whatever you're doing that day, whether length or girth, make sure your routine is reasonably intense (not painful, intense). You also have to accommodate for your penis to heal the best way poasible- after your length session keep your penis elongated for as long as possible and after your girth sessions keep your penis engorged for long as possible. DLD preaches this in his SRT routine.

So, if you want to make your routine as effective as possible, really pay attention to the healing part as well. You can wrap (there's a whole section on this forum when it comes to wrapping) or use a penis extender after your length sessions. Use a snug cock ring (snug, not tight. It should be snug enough to keep your member engorged more than usual but not too tight that it cuts of circulation and inhibits you from urinating) after your girth sessions.

Don't forget your kegels and inverse kegels and man I think you're set.

Before anything even your warmup, remember to make sure you've warmed up your penis with heat. A 3-5 minute hot shower on your penis is plenty, in my opinion.

Bundles are part of warm ups too. I suggest you make a progress log in the other section of the forum so you can keep us updated :)
 
Girth is gained fastest using the 5x5x3 in SRT method including Bundled Stretches prior and wearing a cock ring post.

What's up everybody?
I did PE for 3 months now and gained nothing in girth (gained about 1.5-2 centimeters is length) and that's a bummer because girth is way more important for me than length.
Anyway, the exercise I did for girth was mainly uli (OK grip at the base of the penis) for one minute, 4 reps with 100% erection. I tried sometimes to do the SSJ but I didn't feel the expansion, maybe I didn't do it right... I don't know... So I gave up SSJ and focused on uli.
What do you suggest me to do? Should I try another exercise? I really want to have a thicker penis.
BTW: Do not recommend me to start use equipment, I don't have the money or privacy to do this so I do everything manually and that's the way I like it.
