What's up everybody?
I did PE for 3 months now and gained nothing in girth (gained about 1.5-2 centimeters is length) and that's a bummer because girth is way more important for me than length.
Anyway, the exercise I did for girth was mainly uli (OK grip at the base of the penis) for one minute, 4 reps with 100% erection. I tried sometimes to do the SSJ but I didn't feel the expansion, maybe I didn't do it right... I don't know... So I gave up SSJ and focused on uli.
What do you suggest me to do? Should I try another exercise? I really want to have a thicker penis.
BTW: Do not recommend me to start use equipment, I don't have the money or privacy to do this so I do everything manually and that's the way I like it.

4 reps in one minute? you are going way too slow. Try to imitate more of a jelq, and learning to kegel between reps and pump even more blood will bring greater expansion. The main girth tool IMO is a bathmate extreme. so if you can save up for one I highly recommend it because it brings expansion faster than a conventional pump and the warm water helps too... overall better healthier expansion than a normal pump and if you use it daily you will get permanent gains.

Exactly. Jelqing, uli, erect squeezes, bundled stretch all these you need to do if you dont want to use equipment. and do them for longer, your workouts should be 30-40 minutes long not just 4 reps lol
 
Guys you misunderstood, uli is a static exercise so every minute is count as 1 rep. So I get myself to 100% erection (not even 1% less than that), hold at the base for 1 minute, release, get 100% erection again and hold again and so forth.
So maybe this exercise is no good for me? What do you suggest?

no, use cock ring or clamp if thats what youre going for... with a uli you need to actually push the blood up the dick not just hold it there for a minute

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure what you describe is the basic jelqing not uli. I'm confused <:(
 
ok my bad, when I perform the uli I am combining it with a jelq... Do both I guess, when you get good at doing the jelq/uli you will be able to force big expansion manually. Like I said clamp the base using your hand and then push the blood up. Kegel in between reps.
 
Also it's worth pointing out to perform a uli you have to be erect, so you should be jelqing between moves. You can turn it into an edging session once you get the hang.
 
Squeezes at 50-70 percent erect have REALLY been helping me as of recent. When I turn it into a compression squeeze, my mid shaft girth is insane looking.

Do 5 minutes of bundled stretching before any workout too.

I thought that the whole routine (including stretches, kegel, warm up) should take less than an hour, but this is too much... Is it a good idea to split it and do length one day and girth the next and so forth?

And what is the idea behind the bundled stretching? Does it work length or girth? or both?

Bundling is just twisting the dick and pulling. It feels weird at first, but it is supposed to hit the tunics hard and allow faster length gains

You have to realize penis enlargement overall takes months, if you're new and perhaps 5-6 months if you're intermediate to advanced. That's when you'll see results. On the question of how much girth gained, I can't answer that because I haven't really done enough girth exercises to know, but i am doing it now.

Compression squeeze is like SSJ in a way but not really. Do give it another try, add more exercises but keep the ones you've been doing, just do them for longer duration like each exercise should be 10-15 minutes before you switch to the next one.

Ive been actively PE'ing for about 8 months and I've put on a little over half an inch in girth. I started out doing the Bathmate+jelq combo but now I exclusively air pump and jelq paired with squeezes compression squeezes. I started out at 5.25" in girth and now when I am 100% hard I'm just a tad under 6" in girth.

I'm going to copy paste the how to on squeezes from the guy who came up with them first.

About the Squeeze:

The Squeeze works best with an erection degree of about 70-80%. Some trainees have seen great benefits squeezing at higher degrees of erection (90%+), but it should be noted that the intensity of squeezing a penis that erect must go up exponentially- and so do the risks of injury. We don't recommend attempting that unless you've fully mastered the exercise at lower erection levels (and are prepared for the greater risk of injury). If you're new to the Squeeze, you may want to start at 50-70% erect just to get the hang of it.

Instructions

Step 1

With one hand at the base (with your thumb and forefinger in "OK" sign as if milking) and the other hand (same way) positioned just behind the head of the penis- SQUEEZE! (Your penis should look VERY swollen and veiny.) You can make this exercise even more intense by attempting to bring your hands together while you squeeze (this would be the "advanced version" of the squeeze).

Step 2

Hold this position for five seconds.

Step 3

Release, and start over.

Goal

Start with 5 and work up to 50+ total reps, resting a bit every 10 reps or so (this is a hard exercise!)

Note: This exercise is UNRELATED to kegels!

Note #2: Some advanced trainees have seen benefits from performing longer variations of the squeeze. The extended reps can be anywhere from 10 seconds to 1 minute each.

If you reread the instructions under Step One you'll see what is specified as the advanced version of the squeeze, that is pretty much a compression squeeze. When done right you will see the middle get thick as fuck and reply veiny. I do squeezes and compression squeezes near the end of my jelqing sets. Right now I worked myself up to holding each compression squeeze till only about 15-20 seconds each. I hold the regular squeeze for about 30 seconds.

Squeezes are apparently an alternative to jelqing but I've been doing them together and I've been really loving the pump I get from doing both.

But seriously, add Bundled Stretches to your warm-up. I wasn't getting anywhere near the same expansion while pumping till I started doing the bundled stretches prior to. Bundled Stretches is how I came across this forum actually.

About the bundled stretches, if you don't mind, can you tell me exactly how you do it? What directions you stretch and how long and all this?

Do you think I should split my routine and do girth on one day and length on the next? Or it's a very bad idea? I'm asking because the whole routine seems to be very long and I don't know how to handle it for a long period of time. If you have another solution I would like to know it too.

the point of devices is to speed up gains, you wear your bathmate while you take a shower so you are multitasking. you can spend less time on a routine and make more gains. dont get discouraged if you are gaining slow, any gains is good gains and dont forget to kegel and jelq and maintain a high EQ, keep any gains cemented!
