Ok, so I've been doing Penis Enlargement on and off for quite a while now, stopping a few time while getting circumsized, losing interest etc. Now I feel I'm back on track! In just a short period of time my dick has become thicker, harder and more veiny, also hangs much lower when flaccid. Still, my initial problem was with length and I haven't gained any. What could I do wrong and what should I focus on?

I have never felt anything after doing stretching, no feeling of a good workout, not hanging lower. My dick just gets really small and thin afterward, that's it.

Should I be pulling the actual head or just the skin on the shaft?
 
Can you be more specific about the type and duration of the workouts?

I started out last week with the newbie routine with only three sets of each workout. But this week I started stretching and jelqing for an hour and my flaccid penis looks much bigger.
 
Pull the skin back from behind the head, then grasp and pull. You don't want penile skin inhibiting your gains.
 
Hm... Then why am I not feeling anything? Could I have super strong ligs or something?
 
Could be. Have you tried stretching downwards and to the sides? Also, please give us some of your workout details.
 
You might want to think about using fulcrums during stretching. Also, you might want to start looking at hangers. It's good to switch up your routine every now and then.
 
You couldn't go wrong with a power assist. Another thing is, your description of your penis sounds like mine after a regular girth routine which subsides after a couple hours. How long have you REALLY been doing pe consistently in the past few days, weeks, or months? You won't see length gains in the first few days or weeks, we are talking months here. Patienece is key, and then the gains will come.
 
Well, I've started with DLD's newbie stretching routine again. I don't feel ANYTHING except when pulling straight down. Aren't you supposed to feel a stretching sensation? I also do DLD blasters, which are more intense, and also horse squeezes (I find these do more for my girth than jelqing). During the day I also do some stretching everytime I go to the bathroom.

You should feel a burning in the ligs when stretching straight down.

When you do it more upwards you should feel more of a tunica stretch (the part that keeps the "walls" together). Take a look at a penis diagram and you'll see what you're stretching.
 
Update: Now I'm starting to feel something! Since I'm stretching several times during the day I've started to feel that slightly burning sensation aswell as becoming comfortably sore!

I think so! Today when I woke up my dick was hanging lower than ever and it was really fat! :) And this is only after a week of stretching! Right now I'm just dreaming of where this could take me!
 
I feel length gains are a lot harder then girth maybe because of the connective tissue strengths but given the right duration, angle and force/weight this can be overcome. Eventually the body has to give way but this can be a long hard struggle and I empathise with you because I find length gains very tough and as soon as I stop training I lose them. Well, since things seem to have started to take off now, I'm going to stick to my intense routine until I see some good, permanent gains. :)

Hm, things have really happened. Even when my dick is not that big now, it's still softer than it normally would be at that size. It's like more blood is required to keep it at that size, I don't know. Hoping that this is a good sign. :)
 
I don't know what you SHOULD feel.

What I feel sometimes is a slightly painful sensation that tells me to stop when stretching. What I mean by this is that I stretch with total intensity or until I feel this slight pain at the base where it connects to the body. When I feel it I stop and mantain
the stretch not pulling any harder. If you don't feel any pain, pull the shit out of your dick. Really, you must end your workout tired. :p

Also I discovered that basic stretches standing on your feet is easier to do instead of seated since you can pull harder without having to tire your arms/shoulders that much.
 
you shouldnt feel ANY type of pain regardless if it slight or whatever. If you feelin pain that telling you to stop, you doing something wrong b. This could lead to problems down the road. Just a heads up.
