Dear Penis Expanders i am starting girth exercises while doing this SRT stuff. In your opinions which is faster to bring girth results? Bathmate then Slow Squash Jelqs Or Bathmate and Clamping?
 
Clamping, being a very intense girth exercise, I would give to it's own session. I would then give time to the Bathmate with the Slow Squash Jelqs as another session. Now, this may be too much in one day so I think the best plan of approach would be to swap days with the routine. This I think will be good in the sense that it will constantly be throwing yourself into a state of "new" exercise. This will also be beneficial to your motivation, when routines vary with good exercise, it allows us to stay more involved. In the SRT Routine the healing portion is important and in the sense of girth work I would suggest a cock ring, something cheap, to use to keep expansion after training for as long as possible.

For length what are your plans?

This is something I have been wondering about as well. But DLD is absolutely right- clamping, being one of the most dangerous Penis Enlargement techniques should be used with caution and should not be performed in combination with techniqes that tire your penis a lot. You can only think about it when you are confident in your experience.

Hey DLD sorry for late reply, i don't really have any length plans i was going to just do girth for 4 months 2 days on 2 days off with wearing a cock ring for as long as possible and maybe some light tape or bandage at night.

i just wanna see expansion because I've never noticed any temporary expansion with the Bathmate.
 
Clamping for 5 min. mixed with other manuals work well a long with the 5x5x3 principal.

Have you tried supersetting it with pumping?

It is something very similar- the clamp has clicks and can be tightened a lot more than a cock ring could. They are used not to keep your post girth session expansion. They are used to make you 110% erect (literally). Once you are erect and you have your clamp on you tighten it to the poit where no blood can flow out, but there is certain amount of blood that can get in the penis. I'm weairin a hair band doubled up right now as a cock ring and it scares me enough...the thought of not much blood is flowing out scares me enough with the cock ring.....but I'm trying to follow srt the best I can...

Yes zambrodom I do, you and DLD mentioned the 5x5x3 on my thread. I tried it and it really made me step up my routine.

I warm-up with a plastic cylinder container used for potato salad but the taller 2lb container. I fill it with hot water and dip my penis in. It's mostly to prevent injuries in the glans so the water is very hot and I'm dipping my glans in and out while massaging.

You can do this in the shower or out to save water. After that I'll sit on the toilet while trying to stay erect either from my mind or with a ���� pic on my phone that's standing up on the sink next to me.

I proceed to further warm-up with manuals such as erect ulis and erect Jelqs but I only go slightly up the shaft and I get that nice erect milking in the glans while at a downward angle. If I get tired from sitting down I stand up and do them and it even feels stronger that way.

This whole time I'm in the bathroom with the mini heater running so it's nice and warm to go in the Bathmate. I go 5 maybe 10 min. tops in the Bathmate while doing Bathmate stretches switching my grip on the gator every 30 sec. or so. I let the bottom inner ridge of the gator dig into the base of my penis by the pubic bone as I pull out.

When I do this I'm also acting on my natural instincts to pull out my inner penis know one told me this it's just something you find out in a naturlistic way it's weird. Then I take off the Bathmate and use the cable clamps.

I do manuals with and without the clamps on as I try to stay erect the whole session. I end up getting into the erect session and don't get to the second Bathmate set until I feel like I got a good workout in.

Finally if it's a optimal session I would do a warm-down for my glans in the container while ncis and expanded. It's vital to put on a cock ring and a silicone sleeve after the workout. That's why I realize why the 5x5x3 is such a valuable principle now.

Depends on the intensity of your girth sessions. If you have an intense clamping or Red Frendos session you will sure need that break!

But if you do some jelqs and have a pretty light girth session, then I think it would be best to stay consistent and not miss a day :)

That sounds FUCK*D UP!! but thats the only way to get huge temp gains!!

For me, the best combination is the SSJ and Mityvac combination. Nothing bring girth gains quicker than the SSJ and Mityvac when combined.
