Hey. Long story short -

I did the newbie routine for about 5 months. Started with 200 jelqs up to 600 over that time.

Then I started pumping. Everything was fine. EQ was good. Did this for about 4 months, but I didn't gain anything.

Then I started clamping. I started gaining fast. I jumped in with 3 sets of 10 minutes. Sometimes I would do 3 sets of 15. EQ was still good.

I threw in jelqs and bends while I was clamped and everything was fine for about a week or two. I would also wear a cockring for a couple of hours afterwards, but I only did this for about a 5 or 6 days, and I slept with it on maybe 3 times (but only 4 hours when I did that).

I woke up one day and my EQ was shit and the base of my dick (the place the clamp would sit on) felt kinda sore. No pai. So I took a 2 week break, and my EQ came back to probably just a little bit under what it used to be. Good enough to have sex and make the gf cum hard.

After that I decided to clamp again, but I did 3 x 5 min sets. No jelqing, no cockring. After the first session, my EQ diminished a LITTLE - meaning it was only kind of noticeable. So I didn't do anything for the next couple of days. My EQ improved, so I did 1 more session of 3 x 5 the next Friday. EQ was alright, so i decided to stop for a break again.

I decided that somehow my dick deconditioned itself to clamping and I need to start with the newbie routine over again. So, last Monday I worked myself up to a 100% erection, let it die down till about 70%, and did about 10 minutes of slow, medium-strength jelqs. For the the first time I noticed that my dick was super engored from jelqs...I had never seen it like that before. It was like at least 5.4. My girth is at about 5.15-20. It was pretty cool. Then I ended up edging until I ejaculated.

That was last Monday. Every day since then I've woken up to about a 60% morning wood. No random erections during the day. I can stimulate myself to a 100% erection (with lube. Not without). I can spring wood when my gf comes and loves up on me.

So, my questions are
1. Does it sound like I'm over training alot??
2. I couldn't have done permanent damage since I can get wood, right?
3. Does anyone have the problem with soreness where you clamp??
4. I should probably take like a month off, no??

Also, let me add -

while it's not painful, there is a dull "ache" (it's so weak that I wouldn't even call it that though...) in the base of my penis still. I think I either bruised my ligs or strained something with the clamp.

I'm not really looking for a solution - because I know that a month's rest should pretty much fix the problem - I just wanna know what you all think it is.
 
Failing eq is due to either overtraining, mental issues or extremely rarely physical reasons. I would say in your case it is overtraining. I would suggest stepping off clamping for a minute and trying traditional girth methods.
 
Hey, man thanks!! Wow...I got an answer from the man himself hahaha. Cool. I was pretty sure its overtraining, but it's nice hearing it come from THE pro. I'm still gonna take a month off. If you are training that hard you need to eat that hard to. Clean organic foods, DIET. Traditional exercise, AMINO ACIDS, SUPPLEMENTS, VITAMINS, SLEEP !

If I over train my wood takes a vacation, but it does come back. Give you body time to recover and it will grow stronger if you do the right thing.
 
Oh yes. I eat very well and I hit the gym 3-4 days a week. Im on a body-builders diet. 240 grams of protein, 500 grams of carbs, 100 gs of fat daily. Plus water water water and AAKG powder. I have terrible sleep problems, but I've been getting better. I'm pretty sure that in a week or two I'll be 100%. I've over trained before in the past, but never so many times in a row. I need a long break - that's why I'm gonna wait 4-6 weeks before Penis Enlargementing again. Then I'll be a newbie again and can hopefully make more newbie gains.

I still would like to know - would it be smart to work through the bad EQ in hopes that it would pick up again after a lighter routine?? Or is completely off better?
 
Well, if you know how it works in the gym then Penis Enlargement is no different, say you injure your bicep, you don't let it go cold and stiff, you work it even though it might take just enough weight to keep the muscle from freezing up and just get a stretch out of it. now I know DLD says the penis is not a muscle but it is an organ the reacts to exercise just like muscle tissue. I would suggest that you keep a light routine just to keep blood flow up and not allow too much scar tissue or adhesions to form and cause problems when you get back to your usual Penis Enlargement routine. However if you do work out you know that if you plateau sometimes its best to take weeks off and eat and just relax, then when you hit the exercise again, the body is re-primed for gains and you get explosive growth. I think if we could tell the point of exhaustion and stop before injury or negative feedback we could then take time off, and then come back and hit it hard and make explosive gains just like muscle,

btw 240 grams of protein is a lot along with the fat, unless you are actually 250 lbs and are built like an animal ! Don't just exchange calories for calories, the body only grows at its best in a state of depletion.
Meaning if you exercise and burn 5000 calories do not eat 5000 calories....... you would just be going in circles.

Yeah, I feel you. So, I'm gonna do light jelqs every 2 or 3 days and of course stay on top of kegels. I'll do this until the end of the month. I don't wanna do anything hardcore right now. I think I went to the brink of hurting myself when I was using the cock ring all day and not giving my dick time enough to heal. I just really hate not being able to get 100% erections very easily. That scares me. 80% is good, but I want 100%. But it may do more good than harm to keep a light jelqing routine going.

And I weigh 140. It's super hard for me to gain weight. I think I have some kind of hyperthyroid problem or something because I have to eat and eat and eat and eat to gain weight. Plus with my schedule i don't always have time to eat at least 3 or 4 solid meals a day, so a lot of my protein comes from Whey/Cassein. I pretty much eat the same thing for all of my solid meals
1 cup of chicken breast or lean ground beef (about 40 grams of protein)
1.5 cup of white rice (i HAAAATE brown rice. it makes me throw up)
1.5 cup of beans (usually black eyed peas, but I also like red beans)
Each meal is about 700-800 calories.

My shakes are
2 scoops of whey (48 grams of protein)
2 scoops of waxymaize (100 grams of carbs)
Tbsp of Flax seed oil (15 grams of fat)
3-5 grams of AAKG
1 tsp honey

In reality Im probably eating close to 700 grams of carbs. But, I'm no athelete - I just dont wanna be so skinny, so I eat a lot. At my biggest I was 165 with 5% body fat and could max out at about 235 on the bench press and could run a mile in like 7 minutes (Im not sure if thats very good, but I thought it was cool). I was fuckin cut the fuck UP. I got tired of having to eat all the time so I lost the weight. Now I just wanna be descent. I don't care about getting huge haha.
 
well, let me update my condition - it's starting to worry me now...

So yesterday I decided I would try to exercise it lightly. I was gonna do about 50 light jelqs and some towel raises. Well, I warmed up for 15 minutes then I tried to stimulate myself to 100%. It took more effort than it has lately and even then it was at about 90%. I couldn't get to 100%. That being the case I decided to just do the towel raises instead of putting even light pressure on my dick. I usually do 4 sets of 25, but I could only do 1 set of 11, 1 set of about 19 and 1 more set of about 13. I woke up twice in the middle of the night with about a 30% erection. When I woke up this morning I had no sign of morning wood what so ever. I worry about this because I used to always wake up with 100% raging hard-ons EVERY morning. It used to annoy me. Oh God, I wish I could have that back right now...

Anyway. While doing the towel raises, I noticed that the top of my dick (the area between the 2 ligs, I guess) felt kind of...numb...that's the best way to describe it. Like everything around it was working except that part. I was doing some research and I read that sometimes venous leakage is caused by the smooth muscles of the penis not "contractinc" enough to hold the blood in. That's what it felt like was happening to me. Everything else was working right except that part (at the top part of the base of my dick - the part above the veins). I don't know if I've damaged myself enough to develope venous leakage, but that's kind of the impression I'm getting. I have $42 in my bank account - I can't see a doctor about this and I don't know what to do. I read that if you take Viagra when the smooth muscles don't contract and it works fine, then it's probably a case of venous leakage. I was gonna buy 1 pill off the internet and just see what it does. I know it's not mental because up until yesterday I was fairly capable of having erections when I needed to and I was never nervous about trying.

I'm pretty shook up now. I pray to God that I did not give myself venous leakage. I can't even have it checked out to see if I did in fact give myself that condition. I know the way to find out is to get a doppler sonogram, but like I said I don't have any money. Like, I would sell crack right now to make $500 for the visit and the test. Hell, the test probably costs like $3000. All jokes aside - I'm fuckin scared now. My dick hasn't been 100% for like nearly a month. This is a Penis Enlargementers worst nightmare, man.

You can go to the emergency room complaining about pain in that area and they will, by law, have to treat you.

whatsup i am back try to take it eazy on th clamp. It hurts at frist but with work you can tame this one.

what about pay?? i cant pay them shit today. I dont get paid until next month. Even then I dont wanna pay them because I dont think they'll be able to do the tests I need will they?? And if the are able to do them, will I get results today??

I wouldn't even know how to pass that one off. If they try to give me something for pain I cant be like "oh, no it doesnt hurt anymore. I just wanna see if my dick is leaking." They'll probably kick me out of the place...

They have to treat you without pay...it is the law. They will send bills after you go and you can set up a payment plan but for now just get checked out. You can also opt not to tell the admission nurse why you are there specifically...just say it is highly private and you want to speak with the doctor.
 
Ok, I lucked up $200 to go see a specialist. What kind of doctor do I need to see and what test do I need? i wanna be specific so I can pay as little as I have to. I believe I need an ecco doppler test from a urologist or an interventional radiologist?

Great news - I actually told my mom about everything and I found out I was on here insurance. Im going to the doctor on Tuesday. I'll update u all and let u know whats going on. I know Im not the only with this problem and other people are probably wondering what the problem is. I hope I don't get one of those "it's nothing" answers. That would piss me off because I know its something when Im not popping wood at least at night...
 
Sounds like you have way over trained here and need about 6-8 weeks off from all Penis Enlargement activity and this will heal itself up.
