Hey guys.
I've been trying to do some slow squash jelqs for a while but I am not sure if I am doing it right.
I am currently getting erect, with an ok grip, I grip at the base and then I press at the penis head.
So I am going to post a few questions about slow squash jelq and hope you guys can share yor experience with this exercise:

How hard are you going to press?
What should you feel when doing the exercise?
How do you add more intensity to the exercise?
Does my EQ need to be high in order to do this exercise well?
How long are you going to hold the stance?

I have a bit of experience with SSJ, first your erection level set to 90-95%, not 100% cause you shouldn't bend your penis at maximum level of erection, you should feel "burning" sensation across the shaft and big engorgement on shaft, try and make sure you squeeze the blood from head into the shaft for even better engorgement. That's my opinion, ait for some more replies, read and learn brother.
 
I had never tried them before until i started its a great feeling i get and i think i could get gains real soon im 7 BPEL but i i think im gonna be 7 " NBPEL.. before this shitty year ends:p

Do stretching after edging session due to penis and pc muscles are exhausted, it will be easier to stretch, cause your PC has self defence when you trying to stretch, your body reacts defensively and PC muscle is countering your stretch by pulling your penis backwards and you have limited stretch, so after masturbating your pc is tired to defence and you have much better stretch...

read this thread mate this is how to make SSJs more intense, i tried this last week for the first time and the amount of exspansion i got was unbelievable my penis looked like it does after using my bathmate. i did get some bruising tho so be carefull. good luck.

This is a good description. You want a little bit of pliability. A rock hard erection will not work with this exercise.

Yeah, you can't bend it, plus you can break it, and guys who working on SSJ should approach this exercise with caution, I've worked them they are great and VERY INTENSE!

as to why i say the best time is after girth !!!
 
common sense we cant bend it too hard or wed break our penises off...maybe we should be 75-85% erect?
 
4 months damn time goes by fast im going to become very serious as of now girth is a definate want , also for ssjs i try 80ish and even higher with my boomerang kinda bends
 
I go around 85-90% EQ and do not bend much (because my erection level does not me aloow to do so), but I bend enough for the exercise to get pretty intense! :)
 
I have to disagree with respect to the question of the adequate erection level. SSJs are the backbone of my workout for two years now and in most cases I begin with 100%. Pliability isn't an issue because erection will rel. quickly subside to 90%, but you already have good expansion at that point if you started with 100 which is an advantage because it allows for a longer timespan under high pressure. Especially for guys who don't get enough intensity in this is a good option to get things going. Only thing you have to have an eye on is the potential risk that comes along with it.
Also bending is optional, not necessary imo. Keep in mind that in most cases it decreases intensity, i.e. makes it more difficult to hold the blood in place

I agree, get 100% erect and put on ULI, pump some more blood and wait until it gets good pliability for SSJ.
 
Wow, Thanks guys. I tried them one more time and I felt the burning feeling in my penis. I had to press pretty hard through and it was hard to get enough pressure but I think I will manage it. Are you guys using lotion while performing the exercise?

Leo, don't use lube, because you have to seal that base grip good enough, with lubricants your grip will slip and moving around, I mean it's not bad thing to put lubricant but it's better going dry.
