Sorry for these posts but I am a bit of worrier when it comes to my penis. This isn't something I really want to discuss with my parents, or even just my Dad. I would find it very embarrasing. Well basically I am not getting morning erections anymore really they seem to rare these days. I thought maybe it could be because I am getting older now and morning wood isn't so common. I am 22 years old and think I am still quite young and shouldn't be experiencing this situation.

Is it normal honestly guys? If not perhaps I might pop along to my GP and get some tests done because I think the problem is physical not mental.

I mentioned in a previous post that I slightly damaged my penis when erect when I was around 16 or 17. I think since then I have been having these problems. Lukily I can get normal erections and ejaculate fine but the erection strengh has weakened a little bit.

Another thing I really wish I didn't do when I was very young was masturbating prone I have lost a lot of sensitivity in glands because of it I think, but it's not so bad it takes me so long to cum. When I touch the glands there is barely any sensitivity at all.

I would appreciate some advice as I know I can't be the only one who has been in this situation.

I don't feel like really telling any others about this so I see this forum as a better option. I hope you can understand.

Dude, relax... If you have been Penis Enlargementing then it is to be expected that all the girth/lenght work has taken it's toll on the penile soft tissues. Your unit is "tired" that is all. It is also to be expected among all newbies or folk that has taken an extended Penis Enlargement break. A few things you can do.

If you watch �naked people movies�, stop. Stop jerking off for three or four weeks then, limit masterbation to once or twice a week.

Regarless of wether or not you're cimcumcised, retain with a silicone baby bottle nipple. I've retained with just the skin and a nipple for months at a time each, and my glans becomes far more sensitive with the baby bottle nipple.
 
Could be overmasturbation. Could just be a function of age. Guys generally hit their sexual peak early, and then it goes downhill a bit.
 
I tend to side with the idea that most likely the penis is overworked. Hell, I'm 27 and still get morning wood everyday. But the days I don't, my penis is telling me something- that it needs a rest.
 
To be honest.. If you have stopped Penis Enlargement suddenly then that in itself could bear the answer to your problem. Then penis could be "missing" the friction/stimulus and the daily engorgement of blood on a regular basis. If your are not taking the meds i talked about then your problem is either lack of stimulation on the penis ( Penis Enlargement ) or you are just tired/stressed and maybe even a diet thing could be screwing up your morning wood. Simple things like school exams, problems at work, a fight with the girl/wife and just plain road traffic could make this sort of thing happen.

Review your diet, eat clean, rest. Take a hot bath before bed, relax, hold off the masturbation for a while and will see how things go from there in a weeks time.

Most important...don't obsess with this kind of "stuff" cause it WILL make things worst so be cool about it.

Thanks Mike again for your advice;) Well you know to be honest there isn't that much that I think could affect my erections except maybe my diet because it really isn't very healthy at all. Yeah I put my hand up I think I do masturbate too much:p I am cutting that down though.

I know many guys here will think I am a pussy but I don't think P.E. is for me if anyone is going to fuck up there cock with P.E. it's me. I have average endowment but at least everything is working good down there, where as I am aware of certain members of this site who have got serious erection problems due to P.E. I don't want to make the same mistake.

I already inflicted some damage to my erect cock in my youth I don't want that to happen.

I believe DLD and many others here have been very lucky with their gains but there are also others who have bad luck with P.E., bad luck which can't be fixed. I only have to look in the injury section of the site to see there are individuals with serious erection problems and the rest.

As I said before I hope you reach your goals guys. I am out of P.E. though for good, I don't want to risk penis becoming "dead" and lifeless due to my slight insecurity. My penis isn't big or tiny just a decent enough size and I can now live with it.

I will post in the forums now and again though.:cool:

Wow, I admire you're self-discipline. For me, and I don't think it's a stretch to say most of us here, pe is addicting. For most of us it is part of our daily, established routines; part of our lives. I'm a little above average, but once I knew I could make my penis bigger through natural exersize, I became driven to do just that.
 
i had a similar problem not too long ago. Ive overworked my penis with Penis Enlargement so much that i was starting to lose my morning boners. Each person is an individual and they react physically and mentally to everything differently. I believe jelq and PC work aren't really Penis Enlargement so much as maintaining good penis health. Sure LUCKILY you can gain size from jelqs if you do them routinely, but overall I'd say try to get more vitamin B in your diet (and honestly just try to have a healthier diet) but Vitamin B = circulation. And also maybe do some cardio workouts during the day. I noticed two things from watching my diet more and working out. A. I had more energy and felt better B. my erections were harder.


And that's just doing healthier natural things like dieting and working out...so Penis Enlargement isn't the only way to make your penis better. ;) Good luck in whatever you do and try to step over these mental hurdles you have. I think my diet should be reconsidered, although it isn't really unhealthy it is not exactly great either. Well I guess my erection issue is mostly mental (worrying etc) because I woke today with a hardon in what seems like weeks and have been getting many good hard erections during the day.

It seems it come down to:

Bad sleeping patterns
physiological issues
and plain wearing my dick out from masturbating too much.

being the reasons for the erection issues.

Kal-el you are correct I do have good will power for most things, however the truth is I never really got the hang of P.E. in deph enough to become addicted. My eyes are fully open to the possibilies of P.E. and I am really glad I realised I don't need to start P.E. again but to infact actually stop praticing these techniques forever.
