It's the first time I hear about this practice and here's what I know and my questions:

"Reverse trap jelq

This exercise has kind of an ugly name but it's all about forcing your cells to expand. We always jelq towards the head and there's a reason for that. If we were to jelq in the opposite direction, towards the base, we'd be increasing the efficiency of the outflow veins of the penis and that's not conducive to Penis Enlargement results.
However, if we trap at the base we can get a similar effect for the reverse jelq as for a regular jelq. This exercise can be done either with a regular jelq style or with a dry jelq style (see above).
1) Get a good erection, somewhere in the neighborhood of 95%. Kegel in some extra blood and trap at the base with an o-grip.
2) Take the other hand and place it right under the ridge of the head using an o-grip.
3) Now, make this o-grip really hard and tight and slowly try to slide it down the shaft. The key here is a lot or pressure on the top o-grip and a slow jelq. It should take about 10-20 seconds to get down to the other hand. (In all honesty you probably won't make it since the pumped-up pressure will be high.)
4) When you reach the point where you feel as if your penis is almost bursting from within, hold for about 5-10 seconds.
5) Release the top o-grip and return it to the top. Kegel in some more blood and repeat. Change hands every 5 repetitions.
Like I said, the o-grip trapping at the base is vital for this to work. Without it you'll only be exercising your outflow veins which is not a good thing."

so Would you answer me please?

1 did it work for adding girth to the base.
2 did any body try it because it looks unpopular.
3 can any body describe the technique with more details, like what about the grip at the base, should it be tighten and strong?
4 what about the routine?
 
I tried something like this a while ago but never really put it together like this, nice work. I am sure allot of guys will give you feedback. I'll give it a go as you describe and hit you back with my opinion.
 
I remember hearing about the disadvantages of jelqing reverse like you mention but never heard of this exercise where you in effect clamp off at the penis base.

Yeah, that was the part that might make this exercise worthwhile. I guess we got to see some takers and their results.
 
I'm not fond of anything that involves a firm grip beneath the head of my erect penis - too many delicate nerves to scramble.

Thank you Mr. DLD, and i think it looks like "Horizontal Movement", but in one way.
i think basically i've to tight the lower grip to keep the blood from escaping. i think so.
 
one more thing,i hered that this is an advanced exercise so you shouldn't attempt it until you have 3-4 months Penis Enlargementing under your belt or you could get injured.
and no info about routine.

no, but i think we'll wait you Mr.DLD to update & find out good way for that.
i think it'll be so good to enlarge the base without stretching or hanging, because somebodies need some girth with no more lenght.
 
I've done the Reverse Trap Jelq for quite some time. I can tell you that it does indeed give girth at the base and it "cured" me of the baseball effect that I used to have. I did it kinda differently though. I did it in 3 stages.

Instead of holding it for 5-10 secs at the base, I'd release the grip at the base for a split second and kegelled more blood in. Wich gave me a bigger pump. Then I went down again, and repeated one last time.

I've stopped doing it now for a bit, but it's one of my fav girth exercises.

Another version would be instead of holding for 5-10 secs, hold for 20 and make little circles with both your hands. Just like the Isolated Compression Squeeze.

Squeezing hard at the base is a given. But my erections have never weakenned from doing them, they gotten stronger in fact.

I myself too experiment with excercises trapping the blood flow in the base to increase ( base ) girth, im not sure how effective is the trap at the base...

I also thought about an other method:

- Grap your shaft with an O where its getting wider...

- Push the blood from your inner penis to the shafts base... You know just start from your anus... alternatively, you can use your leg...

Crouch and put increasing pressure with your angle on your inner penis... it will force blood to your base.

Tell me what you think.
 
Yes I' ve gained base girth doing this.

I ok grip at the glans then base and hold for 10 seconds.
I slide top grip towards base as far as I can and hold another 10 seconds.
Then I grasp the rest of my unit in the top part of my hand almost like DLD's Slow Squash Jelc squeeze forcing the blood downwards toward the base and hold another 10 seconds.

I don't do these anymore because I don't need to.
 
when you start the hold at the bottom should both hands be touching?how far apart should they be from eachother?

Has there been any more info or anecdotes with success on this? Has a video been created? This looks like something i would want to do after i get some experience
