Usually I have weaker erections than I did before! And this is really depressing. As far as it goes for kegeling- I can feel some burn in my PC muscle after a day of kegels, maybe around 1000 or something. My EQ has improved, but slightly. Patience is needed- I know it can't work as a magic stick. As for premature ejaculation- I still think that I have not mastered the RKs enough to do during sexual act. Maybe in a week or two I will improve my mastery and will be able to give you more accurate information. I will be waiting for your feedback- ask me anything. If I can, I will answer you. :)

I think I was able to get the RK down. It seems to be easier standing up or laying down, I actually imagine i am at the pub and have about 6 beers in me and its time to break the seal with a bladder full. This makes it easier. I will say though that its hard to hold a RK as long as I can hold a normal kegel.

I'll get there, when I first started kegels I thought there was no way i could hold them for 5 seconds....that's cake now.

This could mean absolutely nothing, but coincidence. I did a bunch of RKs while watching bulls game last nite and when i went to bed. This moring when i was in and out of sleep i had like a 70% hard-on for the duration of prob an hour. It wasnt the super morning hard wood, but it was really full and heavy and way longer than morning wood. Not sure if it is correlated, but its def not a bad thing.

I am glad you RKed. With time you'll master them- just like you did with the kegels. This is no coincidence- this is the result of hard work. Good luck mastering the RK. Try your hand at visualization techniques and edging. They worked wonders for me & my erection quality.

Hahahahah LMAO! Happens. And yes as MAXAMEYES said, visualization and edging are really good techniques you should also try. :)
 
last night i was able to get in a good 20 minute routine with a rager. i would do towel kegels til the lil guy had no fight, then edge til i was a millisecond from blowing up and was able to succesfully RK. i did this routine over and over. it felt amazing all around, the awesome EQ, the ability to actually have enough EQ to do a towel routine and the by far greatest feeliing was being able to rk away a cumshot (and i really wanted to cum, my balls are navy blue!!)


The fact that i was able to RK like that was probably the best feeling i have had in Penis Enlargement, my premature ejaculation bothers me greatly. I wanna please my wife in every aspect of her life, premature ejaculation doesnt help me achieve that goal. but mastering RKs will!

as far as the EQ, there's so many moving parts (thanks to many guys advice including yours) that it's hard to nail down what helped specifically or how one thing compared to other things. I can try to list them in order of what i think has helped.
*kegels (including towel versions too)
*jelqing
*diet (this includes losing 40 lbs and counting, garlic washed down with whey protein twice a day, citruline&arginine in the evenings)
*no self ejaculation in over a week and serious decreased ����.....as a matter of a fact i have looked at ���� only once in last 12 days and that had some qualifiers; 1st i only looked at ameture chicks to keep it less amazon/fantasy and more realistic. 2ndly I made it all about Penis Enlargement, i didnt ejaculate because i practiced Rks very well, I also used it for towel kegels and then jelqing. (this would be concidered a rationalization about me breaking down and watching ����, and i couldnt argue against that. however i damage controled it and channeled it in to excellent Penis Enlargement work)

which then led me to the middle of my slumber. i typically can sleep thru a concert, hail storm, anything! I was forced out of my sleep at 1 am and then again at 4 am with obnoxious hard-ons!!! i decided to not be lazy and go back to sleep, instead I did a resistance kegel which is using 1 finger to apply restriction on the top side of my dick while i kegel it toward my torso (a towel kegel, but laying down without a towel) then when i couldnt do that anymore i did some quality jelqs. i did this pattern multiple time at 1 am and 4 am. I was rather tired by this afternoon, but it was worht every second of it!

I dont discount at all the placebo effect of all of these efforts, the mind is more powerful than we can fathom!

*The things i forgot about diet are: i try to avoid caffeine(that may not be helpful though because caffeine can increase blood flow)
*i also try to drink 2 gallons of water a day
* for what its worht, i add glutamine to my protein shakes
*in the mornings i take glucosamine for my joints and salmon oil pills for general health

Caffeine will cause some restriction if it is too much. If I stay within one cup a day I do not suffer shrinkage or restriction. Water is vital to every body process but in Penis Enlargement it will definitely lend itself to healing with greater speed. Protein is important to the healing process too, so I like the supplementation you are using. Are you overweight at all?
 
I'm technically over weight for sure.

i'm 6'5 294 (was 335 at thanksgiving) I carry 294 really well, most people never guess my weight. they always are shocked. i have a large frame. i look good at 270, but i'm shooting for 255. I'm that guy that never looks as heavy as he is and also that guy that never stepped into a weight room but am incredibly strong.
