I tried it last night. I used to high tension at first and woke up with some discomfort after a couple hours. I took it off readjusted and applied with blower tension and slept through the rest of the night.

oh ok. i understand what you're thinking. i don't see how a persons PE gains will suffer from not having morning or spontaneous erections. DLD has said he doesnt get morning erections commonly and his gains have been through the roof.

morning wood is a better indicator of cardiovascular health over hormonal health. the first thing a guy should do when EQ starts to suffer as they age is let their doctor know b/c it is strongly linked to pre cardiovascular disease. a person can start to lose EQ but still by common standards be hormonally balanced for their age. this of course isn't every case.

I don't see the point in those types erections for gains. Yes for EQ, but not for gains (you need the blood though for healing/ETC). I won't disagree w/ the health part. I think it's very healthy and also a sign that your hormones are functioning correctly. It's a very good gauge.

I referenced a type of erection (overnight erections and morning word) as me not seeing a point in them. I don't for gaining. Just as a gauge of overall health.
You need blood to supply oxygen/nutrients/ETC. Do you need these types of erections to achieve that? No.


I think this is more of a empirical evidence type thing which is why it's all just my opinion.

If you were getting expansion w/ these erections or inducing an actual priapism, then I don't see how there would be gains.
 
Erection frequency is a good sign of a healthy body but without it being a long term thing where the erection was held for hours everyday it would not really translate to gains. I have never really had consistency in this but my gains have been very good so for me, anyway, there is no correlation between erection frequency and gains.
 
3 cm in 3 months? if i had that in erect lenght i would be above my end goal for PE.

i ordered mine today, gonna implicate it in my SRT workout.

just need to get my frenulum fixed by a surgeon on tuesday first :)

i measured last night and i could see 14 cm in place of 13 cm on scale .....

You know it's interesting - I have a VacExtender (latest version)...

That overall the concept and design (other than the "imbedded" pump on the PF) is highly similar.

But wearing it overnight - no way.

Some times I can get it on just right where I could wear it - straight - for 5-6 hours (until I need to urinate). But a good portion of the time I could only wear it for 2-3 hours before I start feeling pain somewhere that concerns me enough to take it off.

Right now I'm wearing it for 2.25 hours and it's all good, it's one of the 25% of the time where I could probably go safely for hours and hours.

It's just interesting that the PF somehow has a subtle design benefit that allows people - not just "crazy" people - but really everyone... To wear it overnight.

i still wonder how people where it at night ???
cuz its impossble for me to wear it on the side cuz i usually sleep on sides or on stomach......i prefer tying it on my leg....now i have habit of folding legs and sleeping ......so i dont get when i will get stretch at night ?????
any advice guys

I already left advice in another thread:) If you don't see that thread what I said was change the way you sleep in order to accommodate the way you wear your Phallosan. I understand that you may be used to sleeping a certain way but with some practice and doing it for a few weeks you will become used to a new sleep position that will accommodate your Phallosan in night stretching.
