exactly. the only thing is that i tend to keep my temp expansion for a fair while, so my girth is up most of the time, i get used to it, then i take a few days off and it goes down a little once the temp expansion has gone. oh well!

The thread is geared towards helping guys get over the obsessiveness of measuring. Having ways to feed this that are harmless is a good thing. So measuring girth post workout will always bring joy if you cause expansion opposed to measuring erect length, which does not show temporary gains in the same way.

yeah i try to stay away from length measuring as much as possible. it seems to not get any temporary gains, and for me personally it can very alot. usually my erect girth will remain consistent, within a couple mm's. however, if my pc muscle is fatigued or im not 100% aroused, or just day to day changes can cause my length to fluctuate by as much as half an inch. measuring often given this fluctuation kinda fucked with my head, and as the op is suggesting, i would advise against measuring too often!
 
Lost libido for some reason and didnt have sex much. Went from 5.5 down to a 5 incher in legnth.

Then I started dating a nympho. Decided to start pumping. In just a week im at 5.5-5.75 in legnth. Doing it everyday now for 8 min.

This stuff seems to work and im the happiest guy in the world. I just want to be average ish at 6.5 x 5.5 inches to be honest. Anyone my starting size have any maximum numbers for me to know what is possible with pumping thanks.
 
I think it depends on the level of understanding the person has of pe and how aggressively they train while using the concepts you need to understand to make a good plan that will net gains faster than someone who just takes another person's word for it. Understanding what you're doing and why it should work is really the best shot you have at making gains at any capacity.

The intensity of the work should also be taken into account. Someone who does basic jelqing because that's all they have time for probably shouldn't take on a ruler for a much longer time than someone following SRT verbatim. With SRT bi weekly measurements aren't necessarily out of line. But measuring that often on a much less intense routine is probably just going to kill your motivation.

The point isn't lost on me though. I think it's most important to measure responsibly. Consider the facts of your knowledge base and your intensity and set hard dates with that in mind. I train hard, and I've seen bi weekly results regularly. If you train lightly, measure lightly.

Erection quality needs to be at 100% for an accurate measurement. If you are not getting 100% eq you will be losing size in measuring.
 
I agree but disagree. They should check up on their gains but at certain points in their PE training. Like at 3 months then after 6 months then after a year and so but always making sure to feel the intensity. But for people who can't stop the constant measuring, it should be stopped overall. Also we shouldn't putb the ruler away haha because we can use it for stretches such as for A stretches or __________ stretch

ruler can be your best friend or your worst enemy,depending on results,but sometimes a session can get too intense and you are feeling great gains,you can feel a bigger penis all of a sudden you grab a ruler and what a downer you havent gained a milimeter JK

I'm actually thinking about going every 2-3 months now after reading this compelling thread.
 
Ya the less I measure the happier I am with my pe gains. I have been weight lifting for several years it's not like I measure my arms every night before bed that would be crazy lol

It is so true, not many men would survive what we do here. You need to have determination, commitment, patience, motivation, inspiration and the ability to work hard. The ones who make massive gains have certainly deserved them.
