Right now I'm pushing my limits further than I've ever been able to. I've been Penis Enlargementing for about 5 years and I'm stretching harder, jelquing harder, and cranking on my penis more than I ever have. I surprised myself lately. The things I do now, I swear would have ripped my penis off a couple years ago. I love it because it means I have a stronger penis. I've done so many kegels lately, I'm feeling muscles I've never felt before.

I've started a whole new regimen.
For my mind: No ����.
For my body: No coffee, no soda, no beer. Cooking healthy meals, working out, eating 100% cacao every day for blood flow.
I'm using the Bathmate moderately to avoid bruising. I'm following the squash jelq technique, and also just straight jelquing some days instead of the Bathmate. I'm also trying stretching after doing girth work. Most importantly I am now reverse kegeling when I stretch, and I've already seen an 1/16 improvement from a few days ago.
8.5 x 5.5" here I come.

YAY! That makes me very happy! Be easy and gentle with yourself in the sense of the restrictions you are putting on yourself. I understand the determination to make a full change but do not deny yourself pleasures in leu of fear of abuse. Be more disciplined with yourself in the realm of desires. No ����, coffee, beer or whatever else proceeds 'No' is negated by the thought process. I have an extremely addictive personality, I tend to take things to their furthest extent and in the spirit of this 'over-indulgence' I have denied my self completely.

I love coffee, I love cigarettes, I love ����, I love weed, I love Wine, I love soda, fuck, I love a lot of really good shit! If I were to completely limit myself from access to these items would a.) Make me extremely miserable and b.) Cause me to obsess over them constantly. It is much stronger when I can illustrate restraint, moderation, respect and above all joy without abuse:) I have become very disciplined, I have created a way of partaking and experiencing joy without becoming a glutton to my desires.

With that said, please do not go so overboard that you can't swim back!

What is you specific routine now?
 
Yes thank you, that is understood. But I think I'm keeping it all within my realm of comfort. I normally don't drink soda or coffee, so it's easy to stop completely right now. I still am masturbating, just not getting consumed in ���� right now like I was and losing focus. Similar to what was discussed on a recent thread here, I want to focus on my body right now and the feelings/sensations I have and my erection, etc, as opposed to mindlessly clicking on internet ���� for hours. Also, I'm still drinking wine and smoking (not cigarettes), I'm just staying away from the beer. I don't have a very solid routine right now because I no longer live alone. Every day is a little different depending on my roommates schedule. So I get in what I can, and when I can, and try to do at least a little of everything each day. Stretching, jelquing, some Bathmate, kegeling. Well, actually I can kegel all day long anywhere without anyone noticing.
I always warm up. I stretch for about a half hour, reverese kegeling, and rotating in all directions. If I can, I do it after my girth work now. But that's still a bit new to me so it can be strange and fatiguing. I always used to stretch before girth.
With the Bathmate, I usually start with a slow squash jelq, then 5 min of Bathmate, another jelq session, another 6 or 7 min in the Bathmate, and a final jelq. I usually do some quick Bathmate stretches too. Then hydrocortizone. And no underwear lately, and sleeping nude.
And all day I have a huge chub!

measured again today and my flaccid stretch BPL is 1/16 " longer than it's ever been! I'm at 8.5" flaccid, finally!!!! (1/2" longer than my erect length).
That's an 1/8" in 2 weeks! :cool:
 
The flaccid stretched length carried over to my erect length much quicker than I've ever seen in the past. I'm at 8 1/8" erect. Fuck yea! I updated my signature again.

DLD's SRT technique is amazing. In the past 10 days I put on another 1/16" to my flaccid stretched length. I vividly remember not too long ago, not being able to stretch it past 8 1/8"... and then last year being so excited to hit 8 1/4". I'm now at 8 9/16".

Keeping a chub as much as possible, not wearing any underwear, and sleeping naked every night has worked wonders. I can constantly reach into my pants and stretch myself real quick when I walk into an empty room or go to the bathroom, and if I wake up in the middle of the night I stretch myself a bit. And always with reverse kegel now. Also, now that I moved to a warm climate, that really helps too because I'm never cold-turtled.

And speaking of pushing the limits... I've been jelquing much harder lately too. In years past, it would feel uncomfortable to grip hard and move slow. Sometimes it would hurt, especially if I did it over a vein. The largest vein on my penis would always get really big and hard and get in my way, and would make me uncomfortable in my mind and physically too. Now after years of practice, that is no longer the case. I can jelq really hard and it feels great now, like I'm really working out and feeling that pump. My vein doesn't seem to be affected anymore. It's the same thing I experienced with stretching after years of practice... I'm now able to really tug and twist and pull on myself and it feels good instead of worrisome and uncomfortable like in the past.

I hope that insight helps some newbies. Stick with it for the long run!
