I've started doing a variation on 5x5x3 where I pump for 5 minutes and then let my erection subside and jelq for 5 rather than SSJ, then pump again and so on.

That is exactly what you are looking for. Now with consistently expanding to this point will eventually become permanent as you surpass your current temp gains. This will continue to happen until you reach your girth goal. So happy you are getting such great results.
 
but DLD what about the skin???? with penis expansion there is massive expansion to skin also.....will that reduce after a while or will skin also grow ...cuz i feel i get lot of skin stretch in BM also....

Well if the skin doesn't stretch you can miss some gains..the skin will just " block " the penis to expand if you understand what i'm trying to say.

Skin stretching is important to help allow areas of the penis to fill out that may have had tighter skin. It will happen naturally but enlargement will take longer. I suggest you do some skin stretching at the points of tightness.

definitely when i do the Inner Penis Stretchings i can feel the the skin on the base of my penis n its painful but i keep going whit my LM sessions:)

Skin getting loose will happen ... Nothing to worry about just fill it out. The pulling exercises like hanging and such will cause this but it will equal out just make sure you have enough variety to your workouts.

Also if your skin is getting sucked up into the bathmate, try pumping with a cock ring. One thing I do to keep my skin tight while pumping is I pump with a condom on. Try that, you will likely get better pure expansion anyway because this will keep the skin tighter to the tunica which will give less room for fluid buildup.
