What this exercise does is it Isometrically expands the smooth muscle tissue found in your penis and it consistently and continually expands the elasticity of the penile tendon making unlimited gains possible!

This exercise requires 100% erect to perform. Once you are erect, take the palm of your hand, facing towards the floor and cup it over the head of your penis. Now, slowly and gently, push your penis towards the floor. Go as far as you can comfortably go but not further than parallel to the floor. Very slowly, and with great care, begin to flex your PC Muscle by doing a Kegel. The object is to create a resistance between your hand and your penis. Once you make a good resistance Kegel against your hand hold for 10 seconds then slowly release your Kegel and allow your penis to rise back up by lifting your hand. Do 3 sets of these.

I added these to my routine.
They are great.

I guess some theorys go out the window if this exercise works as well as it says.

This is a bad ass exercie, I am going to start doing these. But the thing is, I can go way past parallel, my penis is parallel when Fuly erect, what should I do?

So for people that have a higher than parallel to the floor, then should jsut go to parallel, but since mine is parralel, I push my head to the Ground?

I got the same erection angle as you dld, so then i push to its parallell to the floor then?

How about using a wet towel or washcloth and hanging it off the tip of your erect cock, then flexing your dick muscle? Like doing bicep curls! Ha ha ha ha

DLD, so you basically say this works the girth ? Thats how I understand : "expands the smooth muscle tissue" = increase in girth !

Correct ?

If the elasticity of the penile tendon is is expanded , does this mean it gets looser and looser , wich I fear would result in a lower erection angle , or does it get bigger and longer and stronger so it can still support a good angle !?

Btw , I just completed a test of this isometric workout myself.

My thoughts + observations :

I did it exactly like the instruction says + played around with it.
So basically I masturbated to a 100% rockhard erection and then pushed down the whole unit by placing the right hand palm over the head.
I felt a good enough weird stretch at a position where my dick was parallel to the floor. Thats when I squeezed my pc muscle with all my force and pushed against the palm of my hand until the pc muscles failed... I did this again and again for 20-30 minutes nonstop.

I got really carried away because of 2 things : After each "pushdown" i saw something interesting happening : right after I move away the hand the dick deflates a bit (like from 100% erection to 90%) then I jerk it again a few times and BAMMMM! It comes back stronger than before ! I mean stronger and fuller ! Its a really funny sensation. DO you guys experience the same ?
I felt like with each "pushdown"-deflation-hypercompensation-then-megainflation" the dick got fuller and fuller ? COuld this be does it really adress the girth ?
Well when I finally stopped and looked at my dick it deflated but remained very pumped ! Like directly after a 1-hour jelq session.
Its still pumped as hell while I write this.

I think more people should try this.

I guess you should be carefull though : If you pushdown on your erection its like a very intense "behind the ass stretch " the ligament is really worked. If you just do this , I guess with time you would loose alot of erection angle !
SO I think really work the pc muscle each time you push down with your hand to counter the force from above. This should translate into a better erection angle with time !

But still , DLD , is this really working girth ? I have this impression right now...but is this because of the unique nature of the excersize or is it because its like some sort of a downward erect bend wich also results in greater inflation ?

Penis Enlargementople first need to realize this is not my exercise and I posted it only tto contribute to the Penis Enlargement information forum. I have not done extensive testing of this exercise and my answers are based on the best of my ability to bullshit:D

Expanding the smooth muscle tissue will not only increase girth but length too. Think of the penis as a balloon, when a balloon expands out it also expands up. So, theoretically (and I say this with the utmost lack of information) it would train both length and girth.

No, this would be like saying stretching would end in loss of erection angle. Penis Enlargement, on all exercise, is geared to strengthen the penis this exercise is no different.

In theory this makes perfect sense as you are strengthening the penis.

Any exercise that gives you maximum expansion will benefit your girth goals. On every girth routine I do there is only one goal and that is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. Many people think that one girth routine is better then the next but in reality if any exercise gives you maximum expansion you in fact are gaining girth.

Another cool thing about this excercise. I can do this excercise even though I've had an injury the last week (blood out the pee hole crap again while stretching ). I still get erections but can't stretch or jelq right now, but tried this excercise, loved it, and felt no discomfort near the injury.
