Hi !

I`ve been doing the Phase 1 sessions, from the Matters of Size DVD, routinely for about 5 months now Due to privacy reasons and other deeds I manage to do these routines for about 4-6 days a week or so. Since my penis is short (about 4,9 inch / 12.5 cm) my primary goal is to increase its lenght to about 7 inch / 18 cm, for now any gains in girth is a bonus. To gain girth is important for me also, but for starters I`m most concerned about the lenght gains..

I`ve been taking monthly measurements, but I can see no gains in lenght. My penis has become fatter, so I have gained about an 0,4 inch / 1 cm in girth. But it troubles me that I can see no results from all the stretching and pulling I`ve been doing over the weeks and months So I need your help DLD and others who has advice. What is going wrong? I know Penis Enlargements are somehow a "marathon", but I had expected to to see some results in lenght gains after this time I guess. I do the exercises in the same sequence as in the DVD.. I haven`t been doing any of the bonus exercises yet as it takes me about 1 hour to complete the entire workout.

I have one theory though: As I am finished with the stretching and testicle health/massage I carry on with to the girth exercise. As I understand it is optimal results at about 80%-90% erect state I want my penis to reach this point of erection. To reach this point I need to stroke my penis until it gets about 80% erect and then start with the jelqing. After about 20-40 jelqs (varies after my state of arousal) the erection is decreasing, and I need to stroke again until I reach another 80% erection. After doing so up to 150-400 jelqs my urge to orgasm is very strong and most times I do orgasm and ejaculate. After doing so I usually end the session with the kegel exercises explained in the DVD as well, or i do the kegels later that day.
Is my urge to orgasm, and the orgasm itself, during the jelq session ruining all my work I did prior the orgasm?? Just to mention, I am not at the point where I can come without ejaculate (even though this is one of my goals also).

I`m asking for advice and assistance, all response is welcome!! I am determined to gain as much as I can! After all the kegel exercises my erections has become much harder, which is a big plus! But more gains in lenght and girth is what I really want.

I think aming meant bpsfl. Thats where you prorbably see gains first and also in nbfl. I know it can be nerve racking putting in so much work not to see any gains. The only advice I could give you is step up the intensity I know for me when I 1st started I pulled so hard in those 30 seconds that I would break into a sweat and I honestly was only consistant for a month back then and I've gained. I'm just starting back and trying to be more consistant but I still pull with all I got. You have to remember your dick is use to fluctuations it's filling with blood every time it get erect, which if you're anything like me is a lot. so at that time your dick is being stretched. You need to apply a lot of force to get it to stretch further. You can try holding the stretches a little bit longer I myself hold my stretches for 1 minute, also you can try to do your routine more than once a day. DLD did the newbie routine frequently throughout the day if I'm correct. Make sure to warm up 1st to make your ligs more pliable and then stretch with all you got! Good luck on your journey I wish you plenty of gains in the future
 
Just keep at it,use talc powder for a stronger grip helps and don't stress it will come,remember over training can also be bad for you I only ever did the newbie routine 5 days a week then 2 days rest and last year I had to take 3 weeks of Penis Enlargement I had stronger erections and gained 1 cm in length ....also a good stretch in the newbie routine the BTC stretch is one i still do today.

Consistently increase your intensity, you want to get every inch out of the Newbie Routine. I gained quite a bit on this routine but I did constantly increase intensity and time spent training. When I got to the point of 100% intensity and time I switched to a more able routine.
 
Ok, so I will keep at it with new strenghts then :)

bubblehead: Thanks man, I will variate with keeping the stretches for longer than 30 sec, I will see what happens if I pull for 60 sec instead. If time and privacy allows I will do the routine more times a day. Hopefully I will see some results!

8incyclops: I will try the BTC stretch, keep patient and keep using the talc powder ( I use baby powder..) for better grip. One question though: How long time did you stretch to gain the first 1cm you mention? You didn`t gain it during the 3 weeks of period I assume?

doublelongdaddy: I usually try to pull as hard as my "comfort zone" allows it, but I will add more muscles into it and consistently push myself a little longer each time. Also I will focus on keeping my arousal level down when doings the jelqs to prevent the urge for ejaculation. I am curious though, if one has to ejaculate, does it have any negative effect on the "after effect" of the Penis Enlargement workouts?

I gained that extra 1 cm from just rest,i had a holiday and only did a little stretching maybe once a week just to get the feel because i like it:) sometimes people do to much you need a week to rest a bit but that doesn't sound like you at the moment, when stretching left,right,and straight out i found it more intense to do it standing.........for L and R i used reverse ok grip standing a would turn my body slightly the opposite direction just a little and keep the stretch my other hand holds my penis at the base for some reason ,stretching straight out using a normal ok grip as your stretching forward try to lean back a little while standing....and stretching down i would squat with my hands positioned behind my legs using a reverse ok grip and pull back just a bit to feel the ligs ache a tiny bit.
Also i only jelqed for 6 months when i 1st started then stopped, and I still do these stretches today,also try to not put to much pressure on the head its hard not to but massage the head a little after working out for blood flow how many days a week are you working out? 5 on and 2 off are best

8incyclops: I usually do the exercises 5 days on and 2 off during a week, often (due to daily life commitments) there is 3 days on - 1 day off, and so on. Most optimal I think would be 5 continuous days on and then 2 off, but not always I have that chance. So in the meantime I do my best to do the exercises as often as I can. You gained 1cm from rest? Lucky you ;) I started doing the stretches more intensly now, pulling harder and stretch for longer time. I hold the stretches for about 45sec each, in time I will increase up to 60sec. When pulling really hard I feel some pains in my dick, I don`t want it to get injured so I pull only till the pain is "tolerable". Maybe I`m being abit paranoid, but worst case scenario for me would be a limp dick due to damages in nerves, blood vessels or spungy tissue. But either way, I`m astonished over how much stretching the dick can tolerate and my goal is to be able to stretch with all my strenghts.

The strech routines you describe just now is somewhat pretty similar to the way I perform them as well. But I am curious, why did you stop doing the jelqing exercises? Did you notice any differences in progress as you stopped doing them?
 
Hi i stopped jelqing after 6 months i had a small break and just never went back to it,at the time i thought they were mainly for girth and i was only after the length then,i think i grew half a inch in girth.
Dont be paranoid as you get more used to this it wont seem like a big deal,sometimes if your strapped for time do some stretches when you go to the toilet or when your in the shower thats what i do sometimes.

No negative effect for me unless I did not get a good session in. I always scheduled my girth work right before my sexual activity to take advantage of the pump and to be at my biggest.
