I am considering buying a cylinder from boston pump what size tune should I get I am 6 inches in length and 5.5 inches of girth

Pumping should just be a supplementary tool, the real magic is in the manual work i.e Slow Squash Jelqs. Compression Squeezes, Ulis.
Pumping just really helps get the most out of your girth sessions.
Also for your own safety, please make sure your pump comes with a gauge. To get the most out of your sessions you should pump as erect as possible BUT for your first few sessions get accustomed to low pressure range of no more than 5"Hg (and don't just pump to 5 right off the bat, you might not even make it past 4"Hg your first session just because how intense it feels for the first time).
For me personally, pumping to a max of 5"Hg has gone a long way as I stress more on the manual work anyway. Anytime I messed around with higher pressures, my EQ would plummet the very next day. I used to have erection problems half a year ago and I firmly believe from routinely pumping at low pressure my EQ is the best it ever has been. Some people benefit from high pressure pumping, many don't. 5"Hg should be more than ideal if you are doing a solid manual routine along with it.

When I use a slightly thinner tube, i (I use 2" and 2.25" cylinders so the thinner one would be the 2") I pack the tube girth wise or horizontally pretty fast, the vacuum starts to pull the penis upwards or vertically. I'm just a little over quarter of an inch longer in the thinner tube at my max pressure of 5-6.5"Hg.
This being said, I think air pumping is good to enhance your manual girth work. You can't help but put on some length, even if just a little, while you work on girth. For length, some kind of stretching whether done manually or in an extender or even hanging is way more effective than pumping for length.

GottaGetAGrip;705636 said:Hmm you use an extender though right? I would imagine it beibg quite difficult to getting strapped into an extender right after a pumping session. So you could maybe pump (dynamic/ pulse pumping of course, this way your forcing new and oxygenated blood to your penis while getting it really engorged) AFTER a hanging or extension
I'm gonna PM you something I found on pumping for length.

kyomoto;707499 said:can u peel back and hold it in place with cock ring
pillesnoppen;707606 said:try this.
and stretch the sack some before pumping too.
and maybe some turkeyneckstretches.
doublelongdaddy;707613 said:Excellent advice! Pre-stretching the scrotum will definitely loosen things so TN is not an issue.
