Hi everyone,

So, I've been exercising for about 2 months now (check my progress log for details). I've enjoyed it and have seen some results thus far (about .25 inch gain in length and what appears to be a bigger penis).

I know its quite early in the process, but I am concerned about my erect girth. I don't seem to be gaining anything in erect girth. before exercising, i was measuring around 4.75-5 inches erect. That measurement has not changed.

I've started my third month by jelqing 400 reps (one hand=one rep) and will do this for the month (unless anyone suggests otherwise) and then start Month 4 by doing 500/600 reps. Also in Month 4, I will incorporate squeezes and Uli's.

I'm really frustrated with my lack of erect girth gains and need some advice/motivation/guidance. I feel like at my measurements, that I am small (even though, statistically, I am average...i think:p)

One of my goals in doing this is to fit into XL condoms (weird goal maybe, but it would help with confidence I'm sure). I've asked this before, but haven't gotten an answer - at what girth measurement would I be able to fit into an XL condom?

But, most, importantly, how can I go about making girth gains to realize this goal?

(Is jelqing, squeezing, and uli's enough? Or do I have to start clamping soon...something I would prefer not to do)/

For some guys, like myself, girth came later. I made a ton of length gains before girth but I think subconsciously I was more concerned with length in the beginning. In my first 6 months I gained 2" in length and between .3-.5" of girth. At around the same time I switched my focus and started to invent more advanced girth exercises and at the close of my first year I had gained and inch of girth. I think for some guys it is strictly where they are focusing most. Like myself, doing two things at once is difficult. I think this is why I set up my routine to be length in the AM and girth in the PM, it really helped me concentrate on the unique mental state of mind necessary to see growth in both length and girth.
 
that's my goal too. I tried once before I started pe and it was to loose but after a month my new (old) girlfriend thought i wore magnums ( didn't try) and the purple trojans sufficated my dick my length was around 6.75 she told her friends it was like 8, 8.5 and i had nice girth i measured 5.8, 5.9 but i don't feel it's correct ( maybe i did it wrong i used a shoe string and a ruler). But I haven't tryed since before pe.
 
Her and my new (current) girlfriend say i wear magnums not magnum xl but that is my goal after TRUELY wearing magnums my new goal will be magnum xl. On the girth issue the first 3 months ( the only time i gained ( later a very small length gain I only measure with my hands) by warming up, stretching in every direction twice for 30 seconds very hard, rotating stretches jelqing 15 mins and cold shower with no supplements lots of water and hours of masturbation during and after section seems to help with jelqing, ulis flaccid bends and horse squeezes for the hardest possible erection. I think the masturbation help alot ( the countless hours) but only coming once more kills my erection for like a week. I'm now starting to think i should go back after that i didn't gain after that with more exercises but now that i a m supplementing i wonder should i stay with more exercises?
 
It takes time to achieve substantial gains with Penis Enlargement. Youve already made so much progress now you now what it takes and its available to you for the rest of your life. Last night I had a good experience measuring my girth with out a clamp or cock ring mid shaft just a smidgen under 5.5" starting 2.5 years ago at 4.5" midshaft only taking supplements and using cock rings until this past year I started exercises. I made the 1" jump over that period of time but I got the most gains after I started clamping after I pump with the Bathmate. SSJ's and jelqing daily has gotten me that 1" and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon. !!:)!!

I would honestly (basing this on my own experience) drop the jelqs. You're probably wasting around 30 minutes on those alone. Don't get me wrong, they're a great warm up/warm down but for real results in girth...there's more effective exercises. Jelqs DO provide some gain over time...but I thoroughly believe you can invest your time more efficiently. Squeezes, Ulis, two handed squeezes and clamping are all more effective. Unlike some men in the community (I'M NOT INDIRECTLY HINTING EITHER) I won't tell you to ''take it easy...that's for advanced gize...'' on some types of girth work. Truth be told, if you found this forum, you probably have the brain to use some common sense and ease into things. I don't have any problem recommending that you look into the more intense stuff like Ulis, horse squeezes and clamping. Start off light and work up to the more intense varieties of these exercises. For gawd sakes though, quit chasing your tail with the jelqs.

I'm gaining girth like a skier gaining speed going down a mountain, thanks to the Bathmate. When I seem to reach a plateau of sorts, I will have an entire arsenal of girth exercises other than Jelqs and SJJ.

Thats the idea, keeping it fresh and new when a slump arrives. For me it was always pushing the intensity and introducing new exercises. With the Bathmate Girth Blasters I find it hard pressed to find a better girth routine.
