alrighty folks, well I think my penis head may be a lil dysfunctional becuase I cant get it to stay like a big ol mushroom. I have to force it to stay like that and I can only force it for so long ya know, Im talkin like a few seconds. then when I relaxe it shrinks down twice as much and its the same for when its flaccid. Its like I have a blow up penis head except that theres a leak in it haha. Do ya guys know anything that can help me maintain the big ol mushroom

Hey, I have kinda the same problem...The only thing I can think of doing is slow jelqs and ALOT of kegels....but there can be other answers.
 
Ive experimented around with how to get the head engourged with blood and make it bigger. The vein/arterie or whatever runs up the underside of your penis seems to be the area that needs to be worked but i can't figure a way to concentrate on that area. Get a bonner, grab your dick at the base with your right hand, than with a overhand grip putting your two pointer fingers togather, gradually apply each finger up that vein and your dick head will get totally pumped.
 
I have been Penis Enlargementing for a while now and have made good gains but my penishead is the only thing that seems like it cant stay in the big ol mushroom position unless I do the kegel thing which only keeps it twice as big for a few seconds
 
Right, first off - you are too new to attempt the exercises which are designed to increase glan size. Do the newbie routine for a long while and don't worry about the glans for now, be more careful please and don't get too concerned about it.

Once you have been doing light stretches and jelqs for a long time, I will explain the "head" exercises for you.
 
yea i have the same problem it really bothers me. My Spongiosum chamber also wont fill up. It sucks casue with the flacid head and hard shaft my penis looks dumb, flat loses girth and length. Im probably going to end up seeing a urologist for this problem. Ive had it for awile now.
 
Mine fills up it just doesnt stay filled up, but Ive never really tried any exercises that manily focus on the penishead
 
I have this "problem" sorta, I think I made a thread about it a long while ago and it seemed like it was pretty normal for circumcised people. I don't think it's anything to worry about, at least you get an erection.. right? :s
 
I have the same thing. My CC will get hard as a rock, but the head still stays soft... or at least softer than i'd like. Any other suggests other than FR or more kegals?
 
why dont you try clamping if your ready, it will keep your head gland large for as long as your dick is clamped, i usually do this 15 minutes a day, in fact its really my only routine and it does wonders for girth.
 
Right, this is NOT for newbies. This made my glans huge. This is my own exercise and I have not discussed it before. (I don't think i've seen anyone use it before, may be wrong)

Use a lot of heat, I recommend a hot bath because this will heat up the inner ligs aswell as your tunica. This is very hard to master and took me a few tries to notice any changes. I believe it to be the king of the glans exercises but it is REALLY dangerous.

After you are hot enough, use some good lube - I recommend olive oil because it drags the heat deep into your dick. Firstly, you have to make sure you are about 40 - 50 percent erect, and you make an "ok" grip right at the base. Grab the head of you dick with the other hand and push your "ok" grip deeper into your stomach just to make sure you are right at the base of your dick.

Then kegel some blood in and trap it with your "ok" grip, this should bring your dick up to about 60% erect hopefully. You then jelq very slowly with your okay grip about 1 inch up your shaft towards the head, stop and then use the other hand to make a second "ok" grip right next to the other one (infront of it, nearer to the glans.)

You repeat this, swapping hands all the way to the head. This is where it gets dangerous, so be careful and do it lightly at first. When you have reached the glans, grip fairly hard and use your other hand to softly squeeze your head and mash it in your palm, lightly pumping it (as if you were filling nike trainers with air, lol).

Just make sure you aren't too erect, or by the time you get near your glans, you will be too full up with blood. It takes a while to get used to and it is NOT for newbies. It also helps with overall girth.

p.s. I am not saying its gonna make your head huge, but it does work - as far as I know, the glans is the hardest thing to change and some people even say it's impossible... but this showed results for me.
 
Let me know of your opinion on this, remember to be careful and start out with a low erection.
