Right, this is NOT for newbies. This made my glans huge. This is my own exercise and I have not discussed it before. (I don't think i've seen anyone use it before, may be wrong)
Use a lot of heat, I recommend a hot bath because this will heat up the inner ligs aswell as your tunica. This is very hard to master and took me a few tries to notice any changes. I believe it to be the king of the glans exercises but it is REALLY dangerous.
After you are hot enough, use some good lube - I recommend olive oil because it drags the heat deep into your dick. Firstly, you have to make sure you are about 40 - 50 percent erect, and you make an "ok" grip right at the base. Grab the head of you dick with the other hand and push your "ok" grip deeper into your stomach just to make sure you are right at the base of your dick.
Then kegel some blood in and trap it with your "ok" grip, this should bring your dick up to about 60% erect hopefully. You then jelq very slowly with your okay grip about 1 inch up your shaft towards the head, stop and then use the other hand to make a second "ok" grip right next to the other one (infront of it, nearer to the glans.)
You repeat this, swapping hands all the way to the head. This is where it gets dangerous, so be careful and do it lightly at first. When you have reached the glans, grip fairly hard and use your other hand to softly squeeze your head and mash it in your palm, lightly pumping it (as if you were filling nike trainers with air, lol).
Just make sure you aren't too erect, or by the time you get near your glans, you will be too full up with blood. It takes a while to get used to and it is NOT for newbies. It also helps with overall girth.
p.s. I am not saying its gonna make your head huge, but it does work - as far as I know, the glans is the hardest thing to change and some people even say it's impossible... but this showed results for me.
