I am so desperate to gain an inch in 1 month. I know this does not sound realistic but I just wanna try to achieve this with my new routine. The details are as follows:
Equipments: 1. Phallogenetics2.bathmate goliath
The basis of the routine: DLD's SRT, I am targeting the following areas:
1.ligs2.tunica3.internal penis
The routine:
1.wake up in the morning and jerk off
2.hitting the ligs: 3 sets of basic stretch
3.1 hour in the phallogenetics
4.3 sets of basic stretch
5.1 hour in the phallogenetics
6.hitting the tunica:bundled extension using the phallogenetics for 2 hours
7.internal penis training: whole package pumping using the bathmate in the shower for 20 mins
8.recovery: phallogenetics for 2 hours
9.all night recovery: just before going to bed 20 mins of bm on the shower to recover in a expanded position coz previously I tried uncle Jim wrapping but no matter how loose I wrap for me it creates circulation problem.


That's it!!!!!

Any kind of suggestion is appreciated. I want to gain 1 inch nbpl in 1 month so badly. The hot girl I am dating is a size queen and she is ganna visit me in 1 month. So guys please help me out with your suggestions)

After the first week I will add the duel stretch in a v-stretch set up and will do them along with the basic stretch)

I noticed that after jerking off my dick is fatigue and when I stretch after that I have less resistance from the pc and can stretch further than usual. As length is my target, I wanna have that benefit of jerking off prior to start stretching.and the time frame is becoz the gal is gonna visit me in a month and I wanna impress her. Do u think or feel it's possible to gain an inch in a month with this routine????
 
If you are just starting out and have made no previous gains I think it's possible, but highly unlikely, but any gains you do make are a plus, even if it's not a whole inch

actually I have been doing pe for 3 years now and already gained 2.25 inches nbpl and 0.5 mseg and wanna gain an inch is one month for my size queen) actually I have faith in the power of srt)

I don't know why but I have a feeling that the whole package pumping with the goliath hanging without any support will expose the internal penis and the bundled extension will break down the tunica and in a month I will reach my goal))))) I am just hoping on these 2 techniques that I have never tried before and I believe in combination with srt they will be the game changer for me))))))

Excellent routine and I can see you studied SRT big time. An inch in a month is a big order but it can be done and the fastest way would be SRT so I think you have a chance. I made a 2" gain in 6 months and that was pretty record setting for the time. I would love to see you do an inch in a month, I have seen about 10 dudes that have accomplished this. Your routine is solid so now you need to hit it hard and believe with all your heart you can get there. A good thing to think of is you can pump before sex and get to your max size during sex.
 
You've gained 2.25, enough to need a goliath and she still isn't impressed? Damn. Might be wasting your time and energy on that one. But that being said, have you tried hanging weights? I feel like that's a pretty effective length exercise especially for ligs. I'm up to 23 lbs. for 30-40 minutes. I sit down and lean back throughout to target my ligs better.

Yes sir. I indeed studied the srt big time. The beauty of this routine is to get 100% out of high intensity training by using the passive pe afterwards. It's only the second day of my training and I am feeling like my dick lost it's capability to retract naturally which was a big minus for me) I felt fatigue right after my training but don't know how I woke up this morning with a huge boner which is absolutely not usual)
 
The right amount of PE should give you better morning erections.

I used the hercules for 2 years and I just bought the goliath recently coz I wanted to insert my balls and dick in the hercules but it didn't fit. In goliath I can easily fit my dick and balls. I am pumping both and let the goliath hang and it feels like I am pulling the internal structures out without even using my hands))))))

It all sounds good to me and only after two days I think you are on to some incredible gains. I will be watching and praying for you to accomplish your goals.

High intensity length work gives morning wood. A lot of guys on the forum don't know this.
