Hello! This is something i have recognized since i started penis enlargement and i have always tryed to get an explanation out of this. Sorry to get this discussion going again :)

Here is the trick you are going to do for me:

Use your right arm and put it behind your back in a "standing" position and grasp your scrotum from that way between your legs. Pull your scrotum backwards to your anus while you pull your shaft with the other hand upwards and simultaneously bend on your knees like doing a "squat" or whatever and then lock your legs together to seperate your shaft from your scrotum. Scrotum should now stick out where your anus is and shaft on the regular front side.

When you do this you should see that there is a "part" that doesn't seem to connect to your penis. If you pull your shaft up & down this specific part isn't following up with the motion as your shaft does, it's completly static. When you stretch your penis in some ways this "part" is obviously going to be created and it will account in a measurably longer penis when you use the ruler. This specific area is also the area that is gonna have hair growing on it.

Does anyone else have any info about this area? I don't think this area is legit usuable length gains. The only effect i think this area has is that it will make your penis visually look longer, like an illusion. It even fools the ruler.

How do you gain legit healthy length gains then? By doing exercises that targets the CC/CS/Tunica & the blood flow (smooth muscles) basically. Girth & Stamina exercises is the holy grail to legit penis gains. Adding regularly blood preassure inside the CC/CS and develop smooth muscles will eventually pull on your tunica and your tunica will eventually be tricked to expand in size and your CS/CS will follow up with it. It's important to always have 10/10 EQ if you want to increase your tunica. This explains why Girth gains also give length gains, and that length gains doesn't give girth gains. People say hanging give girth gains at base? Yeye, still illusion. What happens is when your scrotal sac and the "static part" that actually is from your pubic area is fused in a way hard to explain, it will make your scrotal wandering up your shaft further and make your scrotal skin puffy at your base. When you do measurements these scrotal skin will be added up to your measurements. Stretching doesn't give girth gains. It's almost only one stretch probably that i know of that you can do that targets the tunica and leaves the scrotal sac and static area alone!

I strongly believe in this as it is for now, but i'm ALWAYS open to other opinions and hopefully someone can change my mind about something and make it even more clear to me. Penis Enlargement has always and still is a sort of mystery in certain aspects.

When i say some stretching exercises isn't good. I don't mean they will not increase your "legit" size aswell. They probably will, as long as you are stretcing the "correct" area. But when the scrotal and pubic skin and such adds up in the mix it will give you some misleading gains aswell as true gains. It will make your penis ugly and give you misleading gains. When you stretch you should make sure the only thing getting stretched is your "shaft". Leave the scrotal/pubic area totally alone and just stretch the fakin shaft! :) If you do it this way you can expect slower gains, but they will be true gains and add up to that shaft exactly how it should look like :)
 
Nah man,stretching is pretty damn legit...look at DLD,4+ inches in length..how do you explain that?I gained over 1" myself,i know stretching is legit.This is overthinking.

Man... Read everything again. I don't say stretching is not legit. It's legit, but only to a certain point. If you get the scrotal and the pubic area going along with the stretch you use wrong technique and will end up with not just a longer shaft hopefully, but a lengthening and a retarded fusion of the scrotal sack and pubic skin area. It will make illusion penis lengthening but not proper penis lengthening. Proper penis lengthening is when the chambers inside your penis is getting longer and your tunica grows with the size. And if i'm not totally wrong with the acronyms the smooth muscles (blood flow) has to increase to fill the CC/CS to it's max until you get awesome EQ, only then girth exercises will be effective if you want to increase the tunica, and when this happens you are starting to grow your penis for real. Everything before is just you filling your already existed chambers to it's potential max limit.

This is just tips for everyone that doesn't want to enlarge or change anything else with your body unless your "penis shaft". I'm here to grow a big healthy new good looking penis shaft. Not a bigger shaft with plenty of scrotal skin hanging weird or a pubic area looking retarded.

And about DLD.. Yes he grew 4 inches, i didn't say he didn't. You are taking this wrong. You can never overthink anything. If you don't overthink you will lose, if you do you can only find possible solutions to win.

I don't see how this would make the penis ugly nor can I see a reason not to stretch the scrotum for a few reasons. Most men, who turtle, have this issue because their scrotum is too tight and it pushes the penis up and inward. The Testicle Health Massage and Stretch is the best way to change this as it will allow the scrotum to hang over which will allow the penis to hang heavier. Another big reason for the same exercise would be the issue with Turkey Neck (pre-scrotal webbing), the best way to displace skin from the shaft to the scrotum is using the same exercise. I am not sure or maybe I do not understand your comments above, if so let me know.

I use the Testicle Health Massage and i think it could be good. But DLD can you instead do this for me:

And tell me in further detail about that area? I have a friend at PE that visited a urologist about this and she said as a result of PE his scrotum and pubic are fused together in a strange way somehow. I don't heard about any details, i wish i asked him when i had the chance.
 
If you do what i described there and while in the position bends the shaft up and down you will notice that the penis is stuck to something before the base of your penis. Before PE i didn't have this area, and if i rotate my penis up & down it seems like that area doesn't have anything to do with my shaft. This specific area makes my penis hang lower, i think this is the cause of a lower exit point and what people call ligament gains or whatever? It just feels like this area just supports visual/illusional length growth while flaccid. I didn't have this area before PE, maybe that's why i notice it so much and people doesn't seem to care because they maybe had this area before? I don't know. I would like to grow my "shaft" thicker and longer. The lever you put in the vagina. I don't want a lower exit point, i just want a longer shaft :)

I think i solved the puzzle to myself. What i'm trying to say is that if you don't want to build that "lower exit point" further you can do tunica tugs only instead, to increase length while not adding a lower exit point. I think it's my inner penis sticking out more of my body that makes me "confused" as i had none before. And i don't like the look of it and it grows hair on this area and the scrotum surrounds this part which also doesn't look nice if you ask me. So do you have any tips to tell me DLD? As i don't like the look of it and i don't want it to increase because of this. But i would like my shaft to grow longer with no hair growing on it! Guess it's Testicle Health Massage and tunica tugs as i have stated all the time that i should go with?

Sounds great! So this tool will only stretch the shaft? What kind of gains could i expect from it. Ye i want to grow my tunica/cs/cc and develop smoothmuscles. I don't want to lower my exit point further with ligament gains.
 
Yeah the lengthmaster has more grip than a Thai chick, and only stretches your cock. Not only that, but using the handlebars there's no corner of the tunica that you cant affect thoroughly
 
The fusing of the areas is probably just a simple term used. Stretching will displace skin to other areas. You won't fuse it together unless cut and stitched together. As your shaft grows, the skin is displaced along the shaft to make up for the difference. It's common place in almost all exercises. Then, as you pull your penis, you should hold your scrotum back as in your description. That will keep all skin along the shaft to only stretch there, and not introduce the skin from the scrotum unto the shaft. Stretch straight up with your penis and stretch straight down with your scrotum. You'll see where the skin is separated, usually by a dark line, a small fold of skin or wrinkles. By always holding your scrotum skin back, then stretching your penis, that will keep you from getting the turkey neck problem, or ugly dick, as you say lol.
I would not stop stretching the ligs. They are the best bet when it comes to length gains. Your exit angle will change very slightly. There is no harm in that. Mine used to point straight up, now it's just slightly lower and I like it better this way. Skin can easily be stretched again and displaced to new areas if you don't like where it's at.
I am like you. I was weirded out when my penis took on a different look. Like you said, it is just the inner penis being brought out along with your ligs being stretched. My base is 5.75" now instead of 5.25" after just 3 months. That's because my inner penis was pulled out and my Lengthmaster definitely helped in that department. I got to where I'm at without any tools. Now I'm using tools and glad I am. I'm gaining at a great rate. I'll worry about my skin when I'm done. Haven't had any complaints yet.

This was the perfect comment i was looking for! Thank you. A follow up question.. The lig gains you can achieve, will they be usable when erect and when you penetrate the vagina? I talk about the gains that makes a lower exit points and the change i have been worried about.
 
I will tell you this, the angle change is a mute point. You won't even notice until you pay close attention. I guarantee you'll be happy when you get those gains lol. No worries. The penis as a whole will stretch out as your ligs become longer. Your taking out inner penis while creating new cells as you stretch the penis. It's getting double teamed. Unless you hurt it in a bad way, you'll just gain. Any gains you make is usable. The way your thinking of is your fat pad, or stomach fat. That's why you measure BPEL and regular EL. The difference is how much fat your body is storing. You have almost a full inch hidden underneath. When having sex, it's like having a pillow between the two of you, if you remove the pillow, ie. fat, you'll go in deeper, or just fuck harder lol. No matter what, BPEL will tell you the truth. So if you gained another inch but kept the same fat pad, that inch will go inside while the hidden inch stays hidden. So it'll still be used. Don't worry about that.

Now, think of a draw bridge from olden days. The chains that lower it down are your ligs, the bridge is your penis. If you add links to the chain, it'll sit lower, but if you add more wood to the bridge at the same time, it'll straighten once again. So, as your ligs lengthen, you will pull out inner penis and new cells, continually adding links and planks at the same time.
Make sure you do kegels or towel raises to keep your base muscles strong. That is how to keep that upward, strong angle of your penis. Weak pelvic floor muscles will lower your angle, much worse in some cases. Hope this helps.
 
That drawbridge is good analogy :D. It really isn't that hard to grasp bro; pull the cock, and ligs so they will divide, and multiply. Habban keeps needing to prove to himself that PE works in a sciencey way, but that's unneeded
 
Feels strange that my BPEL is about 0.7 - 0.8 inches more than my NBPEL, as i'm a very thin guy with only 121 lbs of weight.
What about that?
 
That's normal everyone has different fat pads. I'm 160 lbs, and have about .5 pad maybe more
 
Yup. Mines at .5"-.75". Also depends on if you put on muscle as well. You can be skinny fatty, there is such a thing.
 
Recently shaved down my pubic area etc. I used an electric shaver. I don't know if you could use an electric shaver or if it's dangerous?

Anyhow.. When i'm shaving down everything and look at my penis it's more clear that penis doesn't drop directly from the body anymore. It's now skin with hair growing on it instead that hangs out of the body with the penis attached to it. So this is normal and is what is called "ligament" gains? To set it once and for all.
 
Not necessarily, it could be gains from inner penis or both, but you've gained. It's the extra skin, that's all.
