I thought I would share a few things I would have done differently over my last 8 months of Penis Enlargement for the newer people starting to take on more training. Any one else with some key time savors please pipe in!

1) Never forget the mental training. The months I have grown the most I had the best attitude and expected growth. very strange.

2) Do not over clamp. My penis is tough but it really thought I was trying to kill it I think. Some is good. Too much is not.

3) If you hang... perfect wrapping. I mean perfect perfect it. That is the key to the BIB IMO.

4) Do not over pump. My penis thought I was trying to deform it i think. Luckily It got out alive and It survived. I am guessing it wouldnt if i did it again like that.

5) Shotgun training versus sniper work ... I have had more success when i have been very focused on a few things consistantly.

We are all made of the same stuff, as is the entire universe, atoms. When a thought is created the entire consciousness of self is effected as the entire reality of self is totally atomic. The electrical power of thought is not only psychological but physical.

Clamping scares me:) Never did it for fear my cock would fall off.

I have a snipper and a shotty:) Along with a whole closet full of heat:)
 
I agree with everything you said, but the main thing I was do if I could go back would be:

CONSISTENCY.

jumping back and forth from routine to routine to method to method is all good and dandy IMO if you do it every few weeks or months or so, but not every three days like I did. lol.

Find one routine. Stick with it for a while. Then confuse your penis. lol.
 
I would of done more length when i first started. i initially focused on penis health and erection quality. i didn't care much about length, i was ok with mine. i focused on getting stronger erections because mine were weak back then, but i got a thick dick doing that so i can't complain : )
 
I would have done alot differently. For one I switched routines when I got discouraged and didn't see any growth. If I would have just sticked to jelqing, from 2004 till now I would probably have quite a big monster. I must have a low attention span or something as I keep on switching up on rotuines.

Airshy- Good idea, for a thread, it puts us in deep thoughts about are training.

So true, you have to have a feel of what you can endure, if your mentaly ready, then you will know if your doing too much, or too less, your mental controls all.

I at one time was a big sponser of intense training, now I like less intense but just as productive clamping sessions. My clamppressure is a lot lower than it was last year.

Comfortableness is key to any Penis Enlargement activity. Especially in hanging.

Yep you do have a tendecy to go all out because it looks so huge after an intense pumping session. ?The realilty of it , is that that type of buildup can hinder gains and might injure you. IMO.

That is the type of shit a vet would say, man, I believe you got it Air. You know what it is about now. It is a steady process, that takes time to master. You must stick to a routine for awhile, before you scracth it out. Don't read too much hype at first, just go the newbie routine way. Do not go too deep into the exercise dictionary, keep it simple at first, and work your way up.
 
stick to a specific routine for at least a month, measure once a month just to track progress, and have more rest days esp in between workouts. most importantly, being consistent.
 
I would have focused on hanging for a while longer, been a lot more consistent, and would have done more clamping/constriction type work.
 
More consistency

Probably would never have pumped. I think the foreskin restoration via pumping has not been the best. I don't mind some foreskin, but now have full foreskin, I think pumping has been the culprit.

Hang more

I am not that unhappy, so these are just maybe's. GS
 
My main thing would be consistensy...since i started in 2004...i've took a few long breaks which isn't bad...life get in the way sometime...but i know i could have reached all my goals by now if i would have stuck with it...i usually hang with a routine for a couple of months before i change so i don't have a problem there...just sticking with it for the long haul would be the only thing
 
I wouldn't have cut back so soon after major gains--at least maintained that level of intensity. I would have also kept up with my wet jelqing routine after I starting stretching.

Again, I guess consistency is the word.

Well I really knew bout Penis Enlargement back in 05'. Didnt get into it really till 06'. I would have took that year and put in some real work. Who knows where I'd be with that extra year?
