Well I guess it's been a while huh?

I'm at least going to try the hot/cold treatment... I hate going to the doctors cuz most of the time they don't know what they're talking about and/or give the wrong analysis of the situation... Trust me, it's happened to me before...

If it does feel better after this, then fine .... if not I've wasted 28 hours of my life and I've at least emptied the one of the treatment possibilities that are out there... I'm willing to try anything at this point... If you have any tips let me know ..

but first I have to go trough w this treatment, there's no point in it otherwise....

anyway, I said I'd write a daily report and I will...

First day:

No real difference, still have the same dull pain along the left side, although a bit different, it feels from time to time like the nerves (or whatever) are being jumpstarted so to speak... it's bit of a different feeling and hopefully a sign that the treatment is doing some good...

Anyway... I've been using hot showers/hot wraps for warmups and frozen peas in plastic bag for the "cold" part of the treatment w a small piece of cloth on the penis as not to facilitate any freezing damages...

If any of you have tips on how to do this more effectively let me know...

Thanks for your interest and support...

Hey man...

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I know I promised to write every day but my internet connection has been kinda flaky lately...sorry bout that

Anyway... to answer your question, I've been on it from time to time ever since you gave the tip of using hot/cold treatment, but i haven't been able to do it the full week until now since it requires so much time, so it's almost like you have to take a vacation or say no to social activities, gigs etc...

But I'm on the 4th day now and I think it's going well so far... the only big difference is an increase in the sesitivity of the penis.. the pain is a bit sharper than usual, but I guess that's normal if you're tring to reactivate the nerves so to speak...

By the way... what method of icing would you recommend to get rid of the bruise on the head... I've tried ice cubes in a plastic bag, but it seems kind of too much, and I don't want to get any freezing damages down there... if you know what I mean... Any suggestions?

Anyway, thanks for all the support and wish me luck on the continued treament...
