u can only isolate the 2 muscle parts if u train them all the time. But for beginnerst that doesnt matter. u got this wrong. The way should not be to get it fastest hard but to get it more full with blood. do this with patience. just pump in the way u feel that it will give u most blood flow per pump/bc contraction
