I've heard that the PC Muscles are actually bad for stamina (I know many ppl/sex traineres recommend them), but this is more new breakthroughs. On many sites people are saying just like you that they lose stamina. They say that even though you can squeeze harder the ejaculation gets triggered much earlier.

A very highly regarded poster on another website provided us with this information, and anyone who tried to counter he kept out-debating with insight (he clearly is really educated on the topic):

When Ido these during sex sometimes I can feel energy going up and down my spine to my brain.. Like heat and tingles and such, but it doesn't happen right way but when it does it feels great. Some people may argue that exercising any part of your body is natural and can't harm you that may be true depending on your intentions. If you want to cum faster you can do the mainstream way of doing the pc muscle exercises and cum faster or you can do the anal contractions and reverse kegels and last longer."

Also it should be said I myself am not educated on this and am hoping to god he is wrong, because I badly need Penis Enlargement. But I gotta clear a couple things out before I start, this being the main one.

This makes perfect sense. A while back I discovered that I could hold my orgasm at bay pretty much indefinitely by flexing my anus, NOT my PC. The muscles are close and can be tough for a newbie to differentiate. I have located three main contraction points in my pelvic region: anus, mid and front. Each has a different effect on my orgasm control. I think the 'Kegal' exercise is a very often misrepresented exercise, because it is unseen. To that end I'd guess that many people believe they are doing kegals when in reality each man is contracting a different part of his pelvic muscle group. While each man's personal experience may satisfy the basic requirement of 'stopping the pee,' the nuances in what each man is doing has different effects on the more complex operation of the penis like ejaculation control.

This makes perfect sense, and I knew a fellow back at �other forum� who clearly explained, with diagrams, the distinction between the two muscles and their use. I had forgotten. His explanations were the best I've read on the subject.

Thanks for sharing this with us, Criagy. So it's the anal contractions and reverse kegels that most of us are looking for. I'm sure I've been doing them without realizing it. This will help me focus on the right muscle, in any case.
 
One more point. I don't think I have ever really isolated the P.C muscle the way I probably should have. But since I've improved my stamina so, the B.C.muscle must have been in play here as well.

Exactly. It is important to let newbies know that you do not have to be urinating to do this muscle movement, it is only a way to isolate and find the muscle movement.
 
So should we still do kegels? I always do 20 minutes of kegels a day followed by 5 minutes of reverse kegels.
 
Ya thats what Im wondering....
Should we still do kegels? Like I would think I might have to if I start Penis Enlargement because it does make your erections bigger and stronger, which would be needed for a bigger penis....any insight on this???
 
I still do kegels after five years of P.E. They give me better erection quality--and with any stretching routine, I can kegel my dick a half inch longer minimum--some days an inch or more. They can't be that bad for you, whether you isolate the BC muscle or not.

I also recall reading that while people who do kegels last longer while masturbating but during intercourse where you have to thrust your hips and penis forwards, which adds pressure to the over excited pc muscle, prostate and urethral nerves, causing really early ejaculation.

Which is why I would like to know if you are talking about during intercourse?

I think too much of a connection, or label if you will, to PC work as being either a culprit or benefit to ejaculation is made. Early emission, in my opinion, is largely mental and time based. If I have not ejaculated in a long time I practically cum with a brush against my erection. If I am regular about orgasm I last, practically, as long as I like. When I was having sex regularly last summer I would last as long as she wanted. When I came, I decided when it would happen. This was largely based on my mental state during sex. If I would approach sex with thoughts of early emission I would not last regardless of how much I had sex. Taking control of your mind is vital to everything you do.

I've been saying for years the reverse kegels are the way to go to make sure you last as long as you want, but I always get called out, truth be told regular kegels are great while limp, but when really hard and the feeling of busting a nut is on, but you want to hold back, the reverse is the way to go, and this is from my experience. I dont need an article to tell me this because I know this.
 
Mastering the mind is paramount in everything we do. I have been having problems in my life as of lately and when I explore why it is easy to see that I created these issues. It is as simple as changing my mind.
 
The reason why the reverse kegel is so powerful is because you are relaxing your PC muscle and not flexing it. Just relax, relax and relax....and you can last..last...last!

How do you do BC kegels?
Like this, get an erection and lift it, bob it up and down, Pump that BC muscle about 30 times and your wood will get really hard. Once youmasterd erect BC Kegel then you will reconise what muscle to use and you can do them flaccid.

Although doing PC kegels is great for learning how to hold a bowel all day and may hel you from getting incontinence it really does not help maintain an erection unless you do a reverse kegel. Your still working the PC muscle but in the opposite direction.

Now if you really want to develop the pelvic floor do BC/PC kegels at the dame time.

So which is considered a regular kegel and which is considered a reverse kegel? I have trouble with remembering the BC/PC acronyms.

I thought the bobbing the dick up and down is known as a regular kegel? When I do a reverse kegel I don't really see any movement. Is this correct?
