so I'm having a problem with all day clamping. I tried to get my penis to be about 50 to 60 percent erect and then put on my clamp. however when I do that it only I still lose engorgement. I try not to make the clamp as tight as I do when doing clamping excercises, but the I lose engorgement. Help?

Either you had not enough initial enough expansion or/and you have to increase the tightness and slowly up the time(you will get used to it)
Also staying as tight to the base/pubic bone helps.
