I have much hope, for all men here, that using the Bundled Stretches, as a pre-cursor to length or girth work, will bring gains faster. It should have been ab obvious thing to us, this whole Tunica jazz, but we came upon it quite by accident. I went way back and pondered on a very old article I wrote on Tunica density and another that studied how plants grow and support weight. This, coupled with Jake coming out with a way to hold bundles for long periods, awakened a study I wrote on elasticity and how it effects the Tunica. That is where the "A ha" moment came that we should be stretching the Tunica before any workout.

Maybe I will be the first person to do Bundled stretches with the Phallogenetics.
 
I think a small bit of caution needs to be regarded when trying to bundle in an extender.

I have bundled in the phallosan ( yes it can be done) and read quite a few people who have used an auto extender ( same thing basically as a phallogenetics). I'd start no more than 30 minutes. It really get uncomfortable and the shaft started to feel very cold like it was losing circulation. This was done at only one turn..

The other issue that I came across is condom size. I bundled and stretch every time I take it off for a bathroom break. The issue is is I'm big enough for a large but if I bundled the large becomes too big and have fit issues. This applies to bundling going into a phallosan normally and bundled extending since it things out the penis Atleast for me.

For me the absolute best has been bundled and go into a bathmate. This has gave me max expansion at quicker time.Slap on a cock ring to keep the plump. Then I put on the phallosan with the cock ring on to keep my post pump length and the cock ring still keeps the girth so I'm hitting maximum expansion in all areas

Oh, wow, I thought you had the Phallosan. Well I am sure when you do you will be able to make Bundles work there too.

All normal extender cautions still apply, still need regular circulation and health checks while wearing it. I do 30 minutes in each direction at 720 degrees of rotation, not everyone will start off at that intensity, but it is working very well for me. Remember you cannot extend to the same length bundled as you can normal, you have to remove some bars. Just as long as there is intensity involved this is just fine. Remember the main premise with Bundles, besides gaining length, is to pre-stretch the Tunica tissue right before training either length or girth. This loosens and stretches the Tunica so the inner penis can expand and lengthen with greater speed. It should be done before every workout. You can also further the deformation of the Tunica (as created by Jake) by wearing your SizeGenetics in a bundled position for hours during the day which will certainly stretch the Tunica.

Gaining size goes like this:

Skin Stretch
Tunica Stretch
Length gained
Girth Gained

Depends on how many rotations you are doing, 1 rotation does not necessarily put a lot of stress on the tunica. If you can stretch to that length, then you should rotate more. I bundle stretch at 720+ degrees, at that rotation, I cannot extend to the same length.

How many twists greatly depends on how long the penis is. Some men may only be able to get 1 twist and this is OK, because, as you noticed already Jake, the Tunica will loosen and stretch and allow for more twists in a bundle stretch.

Bundled stretches are most likely the most important stretch that can be done before length and girth work. How effective is it? Extremely. I invented Bundled stretches over 10 years ago and I knew they were a very powerful exercise for gaining length a more important process was going over my head. I struggled to gain girth big time. In my first year I only put on 1/2" and at this point I started to create super-sets to bring greater expansion and I started to gain much faster. The piece I was not seeing is that my gains really started to pop off when I started doing Bundled stretches. I never put 1 and 1 together until the last few months but pre-stretching the Tunica before length or girth work will bring much faster results. The single most limiting factor in gaining in the Tunica. When we pre-stretch it it become so much easier to gain size.

If you are not doing bundled stretches, you need to progress into them fast.
Preferably with the LENGTHMASTER 3. You will see the fastest lengthgains this way.

You can also do bundled stretches only with your hands. But to have a fulcrum device (power assist device) is to prefer. Just a pipe or a broomstick can increase your intensity substantially. But LENGTHMASTER 3 is the master of length.
