Even though these are part of my routine and I always get a pretty good burning stretch when I do these. . . I keep asking my self
" Just how effective" is this stretch? Would it guaranty some kind of gains or is just one of those exercises to loosen things up?
So far from all of my length work I have noticed an obvious increase in length Flaccid and BPEL especially, but I am wondering
could this be attributed to my unique hanging method I have been using for some weeks or LM. . . Maybe both.

Probably all your exercises put together?:(, if you're gaining erect length then keep with your program is my advise.

What is Unique hanging method'?

Bundled stretches are most likely the most important stretch that can be done before length and girth work. How effective is it? Extremely. I invented Bundled stretches over 10 years ago and I knew they were a very powerful exercise for gaining length a more important process was going over my head. I struggled to gain girth big time. In my first year I only put on 1/2" and at this point I started to create super-sets to bring greater expansion and I started to gain much faster. The piece I was not seeing is that my gains really started to pop off when I started doing Bundled stretches. I never put 1 and 1 together until the last few months but pre-stretching the Tunica before length or girth work will bring much faster results. The single most limiting factor in gaining in the Tunica. When we pre-stretch it it become so much easier to gain size.

Thanks so much. . . I'd add this to pre and post workout.

No problem my Brother. I will also be making adjustments to the SRT routine to include some of these newer ideas.

Nailed it. Exactly what I was thinking. Bundle stretches have helped me tremendously, you should definitely be using them in your routine.

:) I love when we make a new discovery that benefits the entire art of what we do....Only at MOS!

An encouraging but safe culture helps drive innovation. Especially one that is accepting of failure while striving for greatness. That's why MoS generates so many of these breakthroughs.

Ok DLD so you are saying that we should start our length sessions with a few sets of bundled stretches to loosen up the tunica and then go into our regular stretching routines?

I have great plans by the time I receive my Phallosan next week. I already have the SG. I will be doing bundled stretches with the Phallogenetics. I will do a 30mins length master session as warm up followed by 4 hours normal Phallogenetics stretch and 4 hours of bundled Phallogenetics stretch which will be a total of 8 hours Phallogenetics session daily. I will create a new progress log in this section of the forum. 1 inch in 2 months will be the name of the thread.

I've been inspired by Jake.

I tried bundle stretches but I can only get 1 and half turns. Having a short fat dick might be a limiting factor otherwise my tunica is tough from pumping.
I did like them a little better semi erect, I can only get a half turn but I can literally feel the part of the penis being worked. It would be good to try more I suppose and I would also like to know if several people are gaining with this so we can judge the efficacy of bundle stretches. Especially how it works with girth because that's my focus...

Exactly. Before girth and length workouts get the Tunica pre-stretched so expansion or elongation has more room to grow. I think this is the single most important find over the past few years and I think we are going to see gains coming faster than ever.

1 and 1 half is just fine. I like the idea of doing them semi-erect to effect the erectile tissue more. I also have a new exercise that was included in the new SRT study I have been doing these for a week and I have not put them out officially as I am not sure of the safety just yet, but I have been working on Erect Twisted Jelq and Stretches which may be huge in the sense of tissue expansion. If I feel good about these in the next week I will post the new exercise.

I got the tutorial for SG Bundles up too, not sure if you saw it yet. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...o-bundles-stretches-with-the-sg-extender.html

Every SizeGenetics user should check these out, they are extremely important in the gaining process whether you do them with the SG or you do them with the LengthMaster or manually, they need to be done in order to get the best expansion and elongation.

I am looking forward to posting my results next month as I am sure there are some gains coming to help stand behind this advancement.

I've done bundled stretches before but never first. Tried it a week ago after a good 10 min warm up then started my routine. Amazing how the timing of exercises are just as important.

Timing is so important in the case of doing Bundled Stretches. When we use Bundled stretching before a routine we are pre-stretching the Tunica which allows for more tissue and blood expansion. They should be done before both length and girth work.

I am sure bundles alone could bring length, but I think he's saying just warm up with bundles before other stretches to stretch the tunica

Once bundled you can do v stretch or Mandingos also pretty easily
