Hey guys im like every other teenager (16) wanting to increase my size. My current stats are NBEL 5.25-5.6 somewhere in there. EG 5-5.25. I think I got a pretty decent starting girth I really want to get some length and obviously some girth with the journey. Im a very persistent person so I will stick to the routine. Can someone give me a routine like 2 sessions of 15minutes a day. Im fairly busy so I dont got hours to spend. My dream size would be anywhere from 7-8 erect length and a 6in girth. Do you guys think this is possbile. Im just worried I wont be enough to please a girl atm. I know they say its about technique but the bigger your dick the worse you can be. If some of you guys could answer my questions I would appreciate it alot!!

I personally got into the habit of reading tons of threads from each forum to get a better understanding of what this forum has to offer, but I have lots of time on my hands. Gaining 2-3 inches in length and 1 inch in girth isn't just possible, it's realistic. You have to work hard for it though.
In general, the more time and dedication you put into this, the better your results will be. So keep that in mind.
If you really don't think you have time to do workouts, maybe you can use an All Day Stretcher device like the SizeGenetics or something, which you can wear under clothes.

This muscle is what youll use to cut off flow of urination while your taking a piss and this is how youll locate the muscle and learn how to control it giving you more powerful erections and the ability to manipulate this muscle will make you last longer and have more powerful and sensational ejaculations!!! second your going to probabally have to deal with manual stretching and jelqing as a means of enlargement seeing as how your to young to purchase any devices or wouldnt be able to get it sent to your house do to the parents.... But if your capable of sneaking a device passed your parents id strongly suggest it!!! This in my eyes is the foundation of penis enlargement and requires no hands on effort besides putting it on, adjusting tension, and taking it off... So if I do alot of kegeling and stretching and jelqing will that already get me some good progress? And lets say im sitting in a desk how many kegels should I do? I did 25 last night for 6seconds each. I honestly cannot believe I found this forum, I dont see why people who almost commit suicide over penis size go pay 10 grand for surgerys, when you can do it for easily under $500.
 
And get amazing knowledge from everyone here. I actually think the reason my girth is in the 5s is because I use to squeeze my cock and the veins would buldge when I had boner all the time when I was younger, you thin that could have actually been the cause?
 
it gos to say why you are the size you are today ,but just know that this is really demanding some dedication and at times can become very mondain!!!! And for the love of god educate yourself as much as possible before you go getting all gung ho and permenantly hurt yourself!!! But about kegaling, do it a much as possible (examples... when your walking, when your sitting down, when your doing anything virtually) When you learn to gain complete control over the pc muscle you can prevent yourself from ejaculating during sex when you become good enough!!! Also throw different types of sets into kegalling like for instance 100 reps at 5 seconds a piece, then 1000 pc flutters (just flexing the muscle quickly and releasing), and then 10 reps at 60 seconds a piece, and then wrap it up with kegalling as hard as you can for as long as you can hold it and releasing... The point is to exhaust the muscle and let it heal back stronger and should be routinely done on a daily basis!!! Now jelqing is apparantly to develop the girth of the penis and also should be done on a regular basis and should be done almost hand and hand with a kegaling routine... Kegaling is pumping more blood into the penis and saturating the tissues being expanded by manual jelqs (If you do this long enough in one session and stay adomant you want a visual change in appearance before stopping by the time your done you will be able to pull your hands away and notice your member is quite puffed up).. Therefor the more you do this on a daily basis the more often your penis is in an expanded state and adapting to being in a bigger flacid state and eventually with more vigoris workout and dedication erect gains!!! I have been looking at how to Jelq and stretch and stuff. But sometimes they dont have all the information you need like should you stretch hard enough that there is no pain but feel a stretch. I usually start to get soft before the 30 seconds comes around. I had my first kind of experimental workout today in the shower. Did some massaging got it warm as a warmup, then I do one set of 30 second stretch right left down up. Then I did 100 jelqs which felt good. Then a warmdown with another set of stretching and then just standing in warm water. Does that sound good for the first week. I was reading DLDs stuff and he said to start with 100 jelqs first week then 200 then 300 then 400. Also what excersies directly targets EL? If you could post some good links I would greatly appreciate it. Do you think I should start a log?
 
As for jelqing reps, do what is right for your body. Those numbers are just a general guideline, and sometimes especially early on, your body might have a tough time because it isn't used to jelqing, which is a similar reaction your body has with other things in Penis Enlargement. Don't go strictly by the numbers because you need to pay attention to your body, but remember that getting some kind of number in your head and on paper is still important to avoid slacking off.

In general, stretches give you more length. There are tons of different stretches that vary in intensity, but if you are starting out it is wise to stick with the so called "newbie routine" stretch in the sticky I mentioned. Lots of people have gotten great gains with these in a reasonable amount of time. There are several subforums dedicated to different methods, like hanging, and several different device subforums, but most of these you won't have to resort to unless your gains have stopped.

Also, yes you should start a log. Daily logs, even if you don't post the whole thing here, have helped me focus on Penis Enlargement and they can help you too.
 
first its kind of a rule of thumb to not to refer to it as pain more so as discomfort... you should defenitely when stretching feel a pull on your pelvic wall and ligs which doesnt necessarely hurt but do apply enough pressure!!! Im no body builder but im pretty fucking strong and when I pull im pulling and ive yet to yank him off if that helps you understand... But also take your time breaking yourself in, you cant grow a broke dick ive heard somewhere around this forum which makes complete sense.. Look for different types of stretches to experiment with such as the __________ stretch and the v stretch just to learn what stretches target certain areas more than others and give you more of an arsenol to work with. And jelqing is another routine you can get rather creative with just remember to be consistent with the amount of power you put into your jelqs and take your time with each jelq, its not like jacking off whatsoever more so like milking your manhood to move around the blood in your penis to flood the tissues with more blood forcing adaptation leading to growth. Really the keys in manual penis enlargement are knowledge in what your doing (and I never stop learning) and discovering your own body and listening to it when to much is to much and when something is working for you milk it for what its worth until changing your routine.... DLD is a penis enlarging god and whatever he puts down as a routine is a solid routine!!!! Im currently doing the 1 inch in 12 weeks routine that he made and all I can say is WOW!!! My girth varies from 5 3/8- 5 1/2 from day to day but after doing a session of this routine I can barely put my own hand all the way around my dick!!! Ive got pictures posted on that thread with a tape measure wrapped around my shit if you want to see what im talking about, its radiculous!!!!! And I cant really tell you what exercises directly target erect length because everybodys body is different in how they respond to certain workouts???? Ive gained a little under an inch in permenant erect length in the past 2 months using an extender for up to 12 hours out of the day at max max tension.. And yes do defenitely start a log with all the measurements possible from square one so youll know if youve made a gain and also to keep records of how much work youve done in a day!!!!
 
Im getting really serious into this I just don't wanna mess up my dick. My dick went really soft after getting out of the shower from my jelqing/stretching session. Im kinda confused when you stretch you should feel a pull in your dick? I really wanna get serious into this I just dont wanna mess something up. My dick defiantly felt puffy after doing my 100 2 second jelqs. Is it bad if you get hard while doing them? Should your dick feel kinda sore at the end of the day? I just reallly wanna get inside the 6-7in category long term would be a 7in and anywhere from 5-6in girth. I think this is very reasonable. When I tried to do the behind the butt stretch I can barely do it soft because my dick is anywhere 3-3.5in soft. How many sets would you recommend for stretching 3? I workout and I know how the progress think works. Also for hanging do you have to buy stuff to do this or can you do it with homemade things, I have 2.5lb weight plates which would be perfect. Sorry for all the questions just you have good advice and information. And its really helping me alot, going for 150 jelqs today in the shower. I just use bodywash to do wet jelqs I think that should be fine. And is a 15minute Penis Enlargement session a day or maybe twice a day gonna get me a inch in length within 3 months? I know you can never really know depends on the person but from your personal experience.
 
Officially we cannot give you information due to your age (edit it out of the first post) however unofficially you should follow the DLD Newbie routine for a minimum of 3 months in my opinion.

Stretches should be done completely soft and jelqing should initially be done semi-erect and wet, after several months you can do them fully erect and dry. Hanging is not something you should be doing as a newbie.

If the base around your penis aches the day afterward then your stretches have been successful as they have worked the ligaments. If the base of your shaft aches the day after then you have had a successful jelqing session, during jelqing your penis head should become huge as it fills with blood.

A 15 minute length and girth session probably is not going to get you an inch that quickly by virtue of the fact that the basic DLD stretching routine should take 24 minutes even with no breaks, on top of that you need to progress to a lot of jelqs (some people do as many as 1000 per session).

You overall goal is very realistic within a year.

You don't necessarily need to feel a powerful stretching sensation, but don't be shy to pull as hard as you can if you are using your hands. The human body is a lot more resilient than you might think! There isn't much wrong with discomfort at all, but there is a huge difference between soreness and full blown pain, and you will know the difference. As far as I know, you can't really hurt yourself with your hands unless you are ridiculously strong.

You are supposed to do jelqs at least in a semi erect state or almost fully erect, but doing it fully erect, especially if you are just starting out, is so stressful on the penis that it kind of freaks out. Girth exercises typically leave you with a puffy or girthier look after you finish them. Yes, you will get sore after doing these. You could feel it all day tomorrow even. Eventually your body will get used to it and you can handle more.

Is that your flaccid stretch length? If you're not very pliable while flaccid it can be tough. I do warm ups, with a heating pad, before everything and it helps me. If you are doing the newbie routine, just do 3 sets of these.

There a multiple homemade solutions on the Hanging subforum. I don't know much about hanging but you should definitely check out what other people have to say about weights starting out.
Don't get too zealous with jelqs so soon. You can try it if you are confident, but if you get too confident early on you will hurt yourself. It won't be the end though. Not trying to scare you but when I started I did a similar thing and couldn't get an erection for two days! I'm fine now though, better than ever.
As long as there isn't much friction on your skin that bodywash should be fine but I don't like the stuff.
There isn't a guarantee that you can get an inch in 3 months, some people grow at different rates like you say, but you'll just have to see how easy you gain for yourself.

First off it wont let me edit the post, so I can't take it off. I guess that means Ill just do the full workout because I really want results. But since Im just starting out what should I start at 300 a day? I did a 100 yesteday and feel good. 3 to 3.5 isnt my stretched length thats just my normal hanging length. Ill find out today what it is, can you use vaseline in the shower when you do your workout. Im gonna start DLDs newbie routine today. Take measurements post in my sig and see my progress. Im determined to get atleast half an inch in length in a couple months. Im tired of behind in the 5in state. But since I also got a possible 5 years to grow, I could naturally get bigger to.

Ok I did another workout in the bath tub and this is what im gonna try and stick to. Warmup soak up in the bath 5 minutes, did all DLD newbie stretches 1 set. Then 300 jelqs for the first two weeks and then move up to 400 after 2 weeks, plus kegels through out the day. If I stay with this atleast 5 days on in a week. Will I get decent results in 3 months? And even any results in the first month? I took as accurate measurments as I could,
NBEL - 5 3/8inches
BEL - 5 7/8
NBSFL - 6in
EG mid shaft - 4.75in
EG base - 5in

Do you think this is average?

I'll tell you what, if your nearly as dedicated and determined as you are interested I think you'll decide how fast youll gain and how much!!! just remember your still at youngster whos body is still growing, I wouldnt be so concerned about 3 months from now!!! You keep at this solid enough your body is gonna take over and make your penis grow bigger than normal for the rest of your growth spurts.... And keep in mind your the one deciding what results you get out of this determined by the amount of effort, consistancy, and discipline you put forth.

After reading that I just got a huge boost of inspiration =] I now know what it feels like also to stretch a ligament in my penis because Im sure I was doing them right. This whole expierence just seems so surreal to actually be able to increase your penis size. I wish I was living on my own so I could go buy all the tools. But I think consistency and dedication with just using my hands is gonna get me results. I think I just gotta stay active on the site and it will push me to do the work everyday. Im home alone for an hour in the morning so im just gonna start getting better sleep so I can wake up and do a good routine with 3 sets of stretches instead of 1. Cant wait to actually start seeing results. Its gonna give me so much motivation to go harder at it.
