I was at the end of my jelqing session when I just couldn't take it anymore and had to jerk it :blush: ...I know theres a thread somewhere about masturbation during Penis Enlargement seesions, but i just wanted to know your guys opinions again if there are negative sides to masturbating after a Penis Enlargement session and if there is, whats the science behind it.
 
from that one survey can't remember who posted it it said that if you jack off more then 5 times a month you will have less gains? I think that's right. I think jerking off will only stretch it some more after the Penis Enlargement routine. Try doing super slammers instead of letting yourself cumming. Not only will you get to jack off but it will also benefit your workout.
 
This is one of the biggest debates in Penis Enlargement. Remek's survey did indicate that masturbation could hinder gains, but I don't think it's conclusive. I'd like to see some more studies, and the science behind them. Maybe DOzer would want to tackle it.
 
There are definitely two sides to this issue. I would listen to my own body. If frequent masturbation results in fewer Penis Enlargement sessions, then I would cut back on the masturbation. That's my take on this.
 
Said it before,ive never heard of a valid reason why masturbating could affects growth,ive always masturbated daily,DLD has said before that he used to have sex straight after his jelq session.
 
My take on this is that not masturbating after a session will leave you bigger while you recovery from the workout. Hence you will be in a longer fuller state at recovery and that should make you gain more. It's the same thing some guys think the ADS devices will help you with.
 
The survey found some relation, but I think it varies for every guy.

Check to see how pumped and for how long your dick remains after a workout with and without masturbation. Would be good if you report that here too.

Mine stays with a better pump if I don´t ejaculate.
 
I would say its ok along as its not a constant habbit. I have masturbated atleast once a day since I was 13. Im almost 22 now. I still truely believe masturbation hinders penis growth. My penis has been the same size since I was 13 years old, has not increased one centimeter. Which is strange becasue most people still gow till they are 18 and I hot puberty late, so mine probably would have grown longer. I recently stopped masturbating all together and and hopeing to gain something back naturally before I get seriously into Penis Enlargement. Hopeing maybe if I had some stunted gains they will appear. Just my 2 cnets.
 
A lot of people use to follow the 3-5 hour rule. I don't hear anyone talk about it anymore, maybe it was just a cheekycherry thing. Anyway, the rule was dont wank off 3-5 hours before or after your Penis Enlargement session and apart from that its fine.
 
I think not ejaculating after pe leaves you horny, which could make your sessions more intense and longer maybe it got something to do with your testesterone like boxers not ejaculating during training for a fight.

I think having sex is a lot different to jacking off though. When you are jacking off I bet most guys just hold their dick tight and do the shot-gun approach which probably isn't the best for your dick.

Physiologically, your body doesn't know the difference...
 
I think when you're practicing P.E., you are sublimating your sex drive, i.e., libido, on some level. I've done a long jelqing session and then had sex. But an hour in bed with the Mrs. is different for me than ejaculating after a P.E. session. I've done P.E., ejaculated, and then continued P.E. It just depends on the energy level, I do believe.

I'd agree with Provider on this. When I j/o, and especially when it's without lube, I get a death grip on my shaft. So much so, sometimes, that I start to wilt after a short while. It's not the same as sex where you're gripped, but gently so.

What you're taking about is the cardio aspect of sex versus masterbation, in that sense they are different because sex is more physical. What i was talking about is the release of hormones and other internal mechanisms that relate to ejaculation. They are the same whether the ejaculation occurred from masterbation or sex.

Personally, i don't put a death grip on my dick when masterbating... just a gentle glide with a well lubed hand.
 
I really think my dick hangs lower when I don't jack off after my workout. If it helps with my gains i'm not sure yet but it makes sence to me.
 
It does hang lower if you don't jack of after but that's just residual blood from the workout and does little one way or the other toward gains. Let's think about this for a second... we know that to make gains requires that we force the ligs and tunica to stretch and expand at or beyond what it's normally capable of and over time, it will grow to that capacity. If this is true then some residual blood in your penis isn't going to do squat to make your dick bigger. All it does is make you feel better and makes you think that you've made gains... it's an illusion.
