-Manual expressive streches: Grip with one hand as low inth the base of the penis and strech in any given position position for time(30sec or more), streaight out and down seem to be the most effective.
- DLD A-Strech - go to the DLD Blasters thread and you'll pics of it there, I think theres even an old video with the DLD Blaster, I can't find it anymore.. I think it was on the homepage.
- The newbie routine description will tell you what directions and how many reps and sets to do.

If you're a complete newbie with under 2months of PE I would sugest to avoid the Blasters and erect streches foe now and stick to the newbie routine for a full 4-6 months.

Can't I do the expressive stretches with both hands for more gripping and pulling power? When doing erect stretching, am I supposed to grip really tight?

I do 2 sets of 5/5 sec Blasters broken down into 4 sets of 10, 2 for each hand.

Could someone give me a good step-by-step breakdown of the DLD Blasters?

My new and improved routine:

1. The length portion of the newbie routine

2. Manual expressive stretching, 30 second sets with threes sets.

3. DLD Blasters, 50 reps of three sets.

4. Erect stretching done in a similar manner to the length portion of the newbie routine

Is this good? How would this compare to just doing the length portion of the newbie routine twice a day, like how DLD did? Would I gain more length doing that or this routine?

well it is more intense of a routine then the newbie routine on its own so one owuld think that would lead to more gains. but nothings guaranteed in PE.

I like this routine. I say go for it. Will this be done all at once? once a day? twice a day?

I feels too much for a newbie routine, Erect streches and DLD Blasters are not for newbie and not at that volume of 50reps, I never done more then 40 of them as was sore as hell by the half of the session.

I will bet my money on an 1 hour routine split into 30mins of streches and 30min of jelquing but you need start small and add sets and jelq time over the course of 6 weeks.

I like this routine for length, I can see you did your research on the different areas of the penis to address to make faster gains. Twice a day will bring twice the gains:)

I like the sound of thrice a day. Maybe four and five for those days where I'm all alone.

There really is no limit on stretching so it is up to you and how you feel. Lately I stretch quite a bit learning new exercises. Some soreness in the morning but I work through it.

In theory, could I stretch so much so intense that I gain 2 inches in a week? If you literally had all the time in the world?

i am going to say no b/c i think an injury would occur. skin would likely become very irritated i suspect. and then i just don't think it is possible either.

Is there any hypnosis, visualizations, and affirmations that I could use to gain faster and gain more?

A good place to start is with the Secret, it is in book form and movie. For someone who wants to start to learn how to visualize and manifest in the simplest way the Secret is the way to go. It was the first place I started and since then I have advanced to more complicated methods but without understanding the basics, that are offered in the Secret, the more advanced stuff would be too difficult to understand. After the Secret I started to study the mediums Abraham Hicks and Bashar (both free on youtube). This helped me get to the next level and eventually I worked my way into Kabbalah, or Jewish practices on manifestation (this is free on Youtube also).

Sounds good, but I hope you're careful. Practicing the Kabbalah is bordering on the black arts and those can be damaging to your IQ, physical health, worst of all, corrupt your spirit. But thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
