Can't really make up my mind about length or girth, but I have thought heavily about both.

Routine:

- The stretching section of the Newbie Routine

- Followed by three sets of manual expressive stretching, thirty second sets

- DLD Blasters (how many of these should I do and how many sets?)

Also, would stretching my penis down my leg and holding it there throughout the day with tape be good?

Can I over train with stretching?

Looks very good

I don;t do DLD blaster so i don't know how many

there are much better ways then tape. sports pre wrap. UJW. a combo of both. look

in most cases no you can not over train. you can injure yourself though and that will slow you down. skin irritation can happen as well. take your time and build up to higher intensities

you cant overtrain streching but can overttrain girth id suggest doing your streching then doing girth at nighttime make sure you do erect streching for like 15 minutes after flacid streching to insure you cmeent your gains quicker

Sounds like a very good routine. I would not tape the penis down the leg, it will give little intensity and be a waster of time. Try using Uncle Jim's Wrap, this will be a better way too remain elongated. I also suggest you include a 5 minute set of erect stretching in all directions to help with cementing gains.

Do I do the erect stretching at the end of all of the other stretching?
 
Do it between the streching and Jelquing routine you so can take advantage of the streched tissues and tear down the tunica prior to Jelquing witch will produce slighly longer jelq strokes = more elongation due to more blood push foraward.

I agree with this. I am also happy that men are starting to take erect stretching serious, just like Expressive Stretching it is a vital part of gaining length.

On the other PE forums people think that erect streching is useless and completlly retarded to to.

I added 15min of them to my routine starting from today and I allready feel sore from them under the glans where I gripped.

lol, that is why we are the best forum. Remember, most of the other forums do not like me and since I started the erect training craze they tend to dis my work. Look at who gained the most in this game and put your belief there.

i'm glad this was the first forum i came across besides penishealth.com forums. but barely anyone ever posted there. are the owners of other forums like pegym as open as you are DLD? do people even actually know who they are?
 
Alright, good. How many DLD Blasters do I do?

Would it be good, if there are rare opportunities (probably 1 day out of a while month), to did this whole routine more than once for that day?


What are some things I could do while not PEing? What diet, life decisions/style, behavior, etc. I should/could do to make gains come faster? Would skin-tight underwear result in less gains than from wearing loose and saggy boxers?

I read a lot on that site [PE Gym], but the routines and exercises there seemed pretty soft compared to the ones here. The people on the forums there seemed to believe that gaining just half an inch in one year is very lucky and impressive. That was the first PE site I've came across.
 
DLD, i was reffering to �other forum� where i have an account well before MOS witch is now banned.... long story. There most people reject the ideea of erect streching because of the old school PE rule that says you SHOULD NOT DO any exercise while in a fully erect state as this openes the gates of hell for injuries.... LOL did anyone said Uli??

Also another argument was the you can't strech or induce plastic deformation into erect tissue and this can be proved since there's little to no elongation when streching erect.... witch makes perfect sence, but if you'll try it you'll fell the strech even if you can't measure it witch takes me to another point witch is that most people accept all the things they read an theese forums and treat them as unbendable laws instead of taking a step outside the box to experiment and find what works and does not for them.

I'm a living proof of that statement :))

I think it's a great forum with a ton of great ideeas and work laid down by many men over the last 13 years but the guys that are still active there are act like the have all the secrets and laws of PE and anyone who does otherwise and follows his own way is stupid, anyway knloledge is knoledge to me either it comes from mos or �other forum�.

We based MOS to be the complete opposite of �other forum� in every way. They seem to be stuck in the early days while we continue to reach for new, smarter ways to gain. MOS has conducted many studies and trials on things no other forum would and this is why we stay ahead of the competition. Plus, you don't get banned here for being a member there.

ya i have been reading through some of their stuff and they really shun advancements.

i came across a thread there that was promoting segregation and had a petition to take away women's right to vote...CRAZY!!!!
 
Can someone clarify, for me, on how manual expressive stretching, DLD Blasters (primarily the DLD "A" Stretch part), and erect stretching are all supposed to be done? What angles do I stretch them at and how long for and how many sets and reps?

Please answer these, someone.
